LETTER FROM THE CHAIR AND EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR HVO’s mission calls for improving the availability and quality of health care for people in countries where fiscal resources are limited. What is not so limited is the resource of people who are interested and dedicated to improving health care in their country. That is where HVO steps in. By working with our partner institutions to help address the needs they have BOARD OF DIRECTORS identified, HVO delivers education and training for local health providers so that they can offer the best care possible for their patients.
