The schemes that were due to start in the first half of 2020/21 have experienced delays due to variety of factors, therefore, during schemes’ business case development and appraisal process we are working closely with our council partners to ensure that the delivery timescales reflect the current issues and schemes are actively stress tested to ensure ongoing viability. In the wake of COVID-19 it is more important than ever to assess the changes to the landscapes of our towns and cities and the impact on current and future planned schemes, particularly, but not exclusively, those relating to transport.
