Unlocked rear R/P (mother) and her son reside at the home. 1:30pm window was Mother left the home early in the morning for work To: 09/24/2019 opened. and her son left the home at 1:30pm. 4:30pm R/P returned home around 4:30pm and noticed some pillows on the ground from the couch and the drawers were open on her entertainment center. R/P thought her son was just looking for something. R/P’s son arrived home later and found a rear window in the living room open. It doesn’t appear that anything was taken. No suspect information.

09/25/2019 25000 Red River Dr. South entry door On 09/25/2019 at 8:08pm, Officers were dispatched to 8:08pm was forced open. the 25000 Block of Red River Dr. on report of a Home >>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Invasion in progress. Dispatch advised Officers that the Home Invasion 1st homeowner arrived home, found the front door wide Degree/ Conspiracy open and a U-Haul Truck was parked in the driveway. to Commit Home Southfield Officer arrived in the area and was flagged Invasion 1st Degree/ down by the R/P who was waiting in his vehicle and Assault with Intent stated subjects were robbing his home. to Rob While Officer observed a Small U Haul Truck backed into the Armed/ driveway at the residence. His side door appeared to be open and his wooden fence near the door was broken. Victim immediately called 911 and waited down the street from the house for police to arrive. Once Officer arrived, several males began to run from the house. Victim recognized one of the subjects as his friend running from the house. Victim drove to where his friend was running and picked him up and returned to the scene to speak with the arriving Officers. Victim stated that his friend told him that he was kidnapped and forced to tell the suspects where victim lived so they could steal his marijuana plants that were inside the residence. He was held at gunpoint until the Police arrived at victim’s residence at which time the suspects fled on foot. Several marijuana plants were recovered in the suspect’s U-Haul Truck. Cash was also missing from the residence, some of which was recovered from the two suspects arrested. Two additional suspects that fled the residence have been identified and incident is under further investigation.

09/28/2019 23000 Cornerstone Kicked the door Officers were dispatched to the 23000 Block of 12:48pm Village Dr. in. Cornerstone Village Dr. for a request of a peace (Residential- Condo’s) officer. R/P wanted Police Officer's to stand by while she attempts to retrieve her child from the father's house. Dispatch stated that she will be waiting in a burgundy minivan. Prior to Officers arriving the R/P forced entry into the residence and took the child in common from the residence. The suspect doesn’t live at this residence and didn’t have permission to enter and take the child. Suspect has been identified and incident is under further investigation.

09/29/2019 19000 Saxton Ave Broke window out Several Officers were dispatched to the 19000 Block of 9:33pm on front door and Saxton Ave. on report of a Home Invasion in progress. reached inside to The R/P was not on scene but stated someone was unlock the door. breaking into his home where his mother and four children were sleeping. R/P also stated it could possibly be his ex-wife who is the mother of three of the children. R/P states her son's ex-wife had broken out the window on the front door. The suspect reached in through the broken window and pushed her down to the ground. The suspect then reached her arm through the broken window and unlocked the door and entered the residence. The suspect then dragged her three children out of the residence and placed them in her vehicle and drove off. Officers contacted Oak Park PD and requested their assistance in locating suspect who lives in Oak Park. Oak Park PD located suspect in their city and detained her until Southfield Officers arrived on scene. Officers took female suspect into custody without incident for Home Invasion I & Domestic Assault.

AVALANCHE Color R/P states at approx. 8:15am, he observed the RED - Red Vehicle Year vehicle with the front passenger side window 2011 laying on the ground with a puncture hole in it. He was returning to the TRAILBLAZER 12:35pm Color dealership after gassing up a customer's vehicle BLU - Blue Vehicle Year when he noticed 3- B/M’s inside his personal 2007 vehicle that was parked in The AMC Theater Body Style 4D - 4 Door parking lot. Escape following his stolen vehicle out of the lot. Note: DPD recovered the vehicle in a field near

24000 Block of Glendale on 10/02/2019 at 12:45am. The right tire on vehicle was flat and

there was damage on the left rear side and back bumper. No arrest(s) was made.

On 09/28/2019 at 5:00pm he returned to BLK - Black Vehicle Year parking lot where he parked his vehicle and 2003 noticed it was gone. Status 09/29/2019 W Eight Mile Rd. & RS – Recovered Stolen Officer was on routine patrol and observed a 9:42am Lahser Rd. Manufacturer Dark Blue Ford Crown Victoria traveling W/B on FORD Model Eight Mile Rd. west of Lahser Rd. Officer ran the CROWN VICTORIA Color license plate on the vehicle and it came back to a DBL - Dark Blue 2006 Chevy Impala. The plate didn’t match the Vehicle Year vehicle and the vehicle was stopped w/o 1997 Body Style incident. Officer contacted the two occupants. 4D - 4 Door State The female driver had no driver’s license or ID on MI License Year her person and the passenger stated he had just 2019 purchased the vehicle from a subject in Detroit. Description 1997 Ford Crown Vic, Vin check of the vehicle revealed that the vehicle Dark Blue was reported stolen out of Redford. Redford Officer responded to the scene and recovered the vehicle. The female driver was taken into custody for driving with a suspended driver’s license. The passenger was identified and released pending further investigation regarding the vehicle.

Status 09/23/2019 27000 Devonshire St S - Stolen Victim states upon returning home from a trip 3:18pm Description out of the country he noticed items were missing Apple Air pods 1st Generation, Assorted Cash, Glass Bottle from his home and suspicious charges that were Containing Misc. Assorted Coins, made on his credit and debit cards. Account Number and Credit Card Numbers, Jewelry, Watch, On 5/26/2019 he noticed charges on some of his Electric Guitar, 3 Gallon Gas Credit/ Debit Cards. Container Victim also discovered that his electric guitar and amplifier were missing from his home. Victim has since closed the cards and been reissued new ones. Victim suspects his granddaughter’s boyfriend. He has been allowed to stay in the home and at times was left unsupervised at the home. Suspect has been identified and incident is under investigation.

Status 09/24/2019 21000 Poinciana St. S - Stolen Victim states he was up ready for work. 6:00am Description At approx. 6:20am his next-door neighbors 2000 Honda Accord. Catalytic Converter was taken. knocked on his door and stated that at approx. 6:05am they heard a saw cutting metal. The neighbors went to their front door and observed an unknown vehicle with its lights off speeding away down the street. Victim inspected his vehicle and discovered someone had stolen his catalytic converter from his 2000 Honda Accord.

Status 09/25/2019 21000 Normandale St. S - Stolen R/P states that he parked his 2005 Lexus RX 330 9:10am Description in his driveway for the evening around 7:00pm. Laptop Computer, USB Port with SSN and tax The following morning around 9:00am R/P’s wife information, & R/P’s Identification observed the front passenger door to his vehicle and Building Keys. standing open. Further inspection revealed that someone had taken R/P’s laptop computer from the vehicle. R/P advised that also inside the computer bag was a USB style port which contained social security numbers and tax information along with other personal information of clients. Note: Also taken was R/P’s identification and building keys where he works. No suspect information.

Status 09/26/2019 21000 Evergreen Rd. S - Stolen Victim states 09/23/2019 she purchased a 9:53am (Public School) Description Cashier's check from her Credit Union. Cashier’s Check On 09/24/2019 at approx. 7:20am, victim arrived at school and remembers seeing the check in her possession upon entering the school. She believes she brought the check into her classroom. Victim discovered the check missing a short time after that. Victim is a teacher at the school. No suspect information.

Status 09/26/2019 30000 Southfield Rd. S - Stolen Victim states she was shopping at business in the 9:23pm (Commercial- Household Description 30000 Block of Southfield Rd. and set her wallet Wallet, Credit Card, Oakland Goods) University ID, Driver’s License down and moved to another area of the store. and Keys to Car. When she realized what she had done she

returned to where she left her wallet and it was gone. There was a W/M acting suspicious in the

area but R/P didn’t want to accuse him w/o proof that he took it.

Asset Protection Agent from store provided surveillance of this male taking the wallet. The suspect wrapped the wallet in a t-shirt and placed it in his cart. Asset Protection was able to provide a still photo of the suspect leaving the store and entering a black sedan that was parked on the east side of the parking lot. Asset Protection advised the suspect made two separate transactions with two different debit cards. None of the cards used belonged to the victim. SUSPECT INFORMATION: -W/M, late 40's, wearing a S/S black shirt, light khaki pants, eyeglasses, partially bald light brown hair, with a full beard and mustache. -Suspect was seen on surveillance leaving the scene in a dark colored newer model sedan, possibly a Volkswagen or Honda.

On Friday, 09-27-2019 around 5:00pm is when her son informed her the plate was missing. No suspect information.

Victim placed her purse 2:00pm down with her zipped wallet seated at the top of her purse. After finishing her work shift, victim noticed her wallet was unzipped and began to get alerts on her cell phone from her Bank. Victim looked through her wallet and noticed that two of her Bank Credit Cards were missing. Victim stated one of the cards was used at two different businesses in Oak Park. No suspect information.

successfully disable the vehicle. Both suspects immediately bailed out of the vehicle and fled on

foot. Officers gave chase and both suspects were taken into custody. Great job by everyone involved in this incident.

LFA= Larceny from Auto (Apartments) R&C= Receiving & Concealing Stolen Property On 09/27/2019 at 10:43pm, Officers responded to DWLS= Driving with Suspended License the 21000 Block of Lahser Rd. (Apartments) on A&B= Assault & Battery report of a Domestic Dispute. An anonymous R/P CSC= Criminal Sexual Conduct called and reported a female screaming for help and CCW/CPL= Carrying Concealed Weapon that a possible knife was involved in the dispute. NOLOP= No Operator License on Person Officers arrived on scene and interviewed two R/A= Robbery Armed victims. The suspect had fled the scene in his work RNA= Robbery Not Armed vehicle. PWID= Possession with Intent to Deliver Investigation revealed that husband and wife got PPO= Personal Protection Order into a verbal argument that escalated into physical PBT= Preliminary Breath Test confrontation with a knife. The female’s son came to R/P= Reporting Party his mother’s aid and both were injured during the VCSA= Violation Controlled Substance Act incident. The suspect was also responsible for damages to the main door to the apartment building. The suspect’s vehicle was located at his mother’s residence in Roseville by Officers from Roseville PD.

The suspect was not located. Southfield Officers responded to Roseville and impounded the suspect’s vehicle. Thank you, Roseville PD, for the assist. The suspect has been identified and incident is under further investigation.

The vehicle was parked in the AMC Theater parking lot (Northwestern & Case St) when he observed his vehicle pulling out on to case street. (R/P is employee at Car Dealership) R/P advised that he observed a Newer Black Ford Escape following his stolen vehicle out of the lot. Note: DPD recovered the vehicle in a field on 10/02/2019 at 12:45am.
