Mr. Todd Boudreau Track 2/Session 4

Todd M. Boudreau was assigned as the Director, Office Chief of Signal (OCOS) at the Cyber (CoE) and in February 2014. In this capacity, he acts for the Commanding General as the single point of contact for personnel development matters affecting the Signal Regiment within the eight personnel lifecycle management functions of structure, acquisition, individual training and education, distribution, deployment, sustainment, professional development and separation. Prior to his current assignment, he served as the third Regimental Chief Warrant Officer of the Signal Regiment, assuming the position at Fort Gordon, in 2010. Mr. Boudreau enlisted in the Army in 1983 and attended Strategic Microwave Maintainer-Repairer (26V) Advanced Individual Training (AIT) at Fort Gordon, GA. Mr. Boudreau received his warrant officer appointment in 1990 and completed all levels of warrant officer developmental training to include the Warrant Officer Candidate School, , AL; the Warrant Officer Technical and Tactical Certification and Advance Courses, Fort Gordon, GA, and the Warrant Officer Staff and Senior Staff Courses, Fort Rucker, AL. His past warrant officer assignments include Maintenance Officer for the 6th Theater Signal Command, Saudi Arabia; Station Manager for the Ft Detrick Satellite Complex, Maryland; Training, Advising, and Counselling (TAC) Officer at Ft Rucker, ; Officer In Charge of the Standardized Tactical Entry Point (STEP) and Communications Complex at Fort Buckner, Okinawa, Japan; Communications Officer for the Supreme Allied Commander (SACEUR), Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe (SHAPE), Belgium; Satellite Systems Engineering Officer, Defense Information Systems Agency Europe, Stuttgart, Germany; Signal Warrant Officer Proponent Manager, Office Chief of Signal, US Army Signal Center and Fort Gordon, Georgia; Regimental Chief Warrant Officer of the Signal Regiment, US Army Cyber Center and Fort Gordon, Georgia.
