Standards for Introduction to Catholicism Course: Introduction to Catholicism Overview: Introduction to Catholicism immerses students in the four major parts of the Catechism: The Profession of Faith, the Celebration of the Christian Mystery, Life in Christ, and Christian Prayer. The course invites students to encounter and follow Christ through Scripture and Tradition, while also exploring the history of Bishop Kelley and its LaSallian charism. In this overview of the entire high school Theology curriculum developed by the Bishops, students gain a firm foundation in Catholicism.
