PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE Redgrave Research Forensic Services LLC Co-founder, Lead Forensic Genetic Genealogist 2013-Present Provision of forensic services including forensic , facial approximations, photo analysis, training and education. Collaboration with law enforcement agencies and forensics professionals in the identification of unidentified decedents and perpetrators of violent crimes.

Forensic Genealogy Training for Law Enforcement Co-founder, Lead Instructor, Instructional Designer 2018-Present Education and training in forensic genetic genealogy for law enforcement professionals, forensic scientists, legal professionals, and genealogists. Lead instructor of in-depth internship program in which participants gain case experience by supervised work on active investigations.

Trans Doe Task Force Co-founder 2018-Present Identifying unidentified decedents who may have been transgender or gender-variant in life, as well as addressing current shortcomings in forensic science and law enforcement investigations that are counterproductive to the needs of LGBTQ+ victims.

DNA Doe Project Training Coordinator 2018-2019 designed, implemented, and facilitated trainings for forensic genealogy for law enforcement agencies. Also facilitated DDP volunteer trainings and enrichments to improve skills and methodologies.
