Odluka O Oduzimanju Svojstva Dobra U Opstoj Upotrebi Delu Zeleznicke Infrastrukture Br 1.Pdf "Službeni glasnik RS", br. 9/2020 Na osnovu člana 11. stav 7. Zakona o železnici ("Službeni glasnik RS", broj 41/18) i člana 8. stav 1. Zakona o Narodnoj skupštini ("Službeni glasnik RS", broj 9/10), Narodna skupština Republike Srbije, na sednici Dvadesetog vanrednog zasedanja u Jedanaestom sazivu, održanoj 3. februara 2020. godine, donela je ODLUKU o oduzimanju svojstva dobra u opštoj upotrebi delu železničke infrastrukture 1. Oduzima se svojstvo dobra u opštoj upotrebi delu železničke infrastrukture - pruge ukupne dužine 409,8 km sa svim pripadajućim objektima, postrojenjima, uređajima i slično u funkciji železničkog saobraćaja, i to: 1) Alibunar-Seleuš-Čot, dužine 43,4 km, zatvorena za saobraćaj 1977. godine, deonica Seleuš-Čot demontirana; 2) Kovačica-Samoš, dužine 20,3 km, zatvorena za saobraćaj 1978. godine, demontirana; 3) Bač - Bačka Palanka, dužine 20,4 km, demontirana; 4) Gajdobra-Kula, dužine 28,6 km, zatvorena za saobraćaj 1977. godine, demontirana; 5) Novi Kneževac - Đala, dužine 11,3 km, zatvorena za saobraćaj 1978. godine, demontirana; 6) Bečej-Senta, dužine 35,8 km, deonica Banatsko Petrovo Selo - Ada je zatvorena za saobraćaj 1978. godine, dok je ostatak pruge i dalje u upotrebi kao manipulativna pruga; 7) Senta-Kanjiža, dužine 19,9 km, zatvorena za saobraćaj 1978. godine; 8) Sečanj - Jaša Tomić, dužine 10,3 km, putnički saobraćaj obustavljen 1999. godine, a za saobraćaj potpuno zatvorena 2006. godine; 9) Sombor - Strilić - Bački Breg, dužine 15,5 km, od 1978. godine je van eksploatacije; 10) Sombor-Riđica, dužine 27,3 km, od 1978. godine je van eksploatacije; 11) Odžaci-Sombor, dužine 26,8 km, demontirana; 12) Karavukovo-Sonta, dužine 19,0 km, demontirana; 13) Subotica bolnica - Crvenka, dužine 57,6 km, deonica Subotica bolnica - Crvenka je potpuno zatvorena za saobraćaj od 1978. godine, demontirana; 14) Odžaci-Crvenka, dužine 22,6 km, demontirana; 15) Vladimirovac-Kovin, dužine 43,0 km, zatvorena za saobraćaj 29. septembra 2014. godine; 16) Žednik-Čantavir, dužine 8,0 km, demontirana. 2. Spisak nepokretnosti (katastarskih parcela i objekata) po katastarskim opštinama u kojima se nalazi železnička infrastruktura iz tačke 1. ove odluke, odštampan je uz ovu odluku i čini njen sastavni deo. 3. Ova odluka stupa na snagu osmog dana od dana objavljivanja u "Službenom glasniku Republike Srbije". Suggested length: maximum 2 pages The Republic of Serbia took over the chairmanship of the Bureau of the Protocol on water and health at the 4th session of the Meeting of the Parties to the Protocol on water and health, held in Geneva in 2016. During its chairing of the Protocol, Serbia worked on the implementation of the national targets set under the Article 6 of the Protocol, as well as on the promotion of the Protocol at international and national level. Undertaking activities for implementing national target, Serbia has made the substantial progress in the field of small-scale water supply systems, WASH in schools and health care facilities, water safety planning and drinking water quality and equitable access to water and sanitation. By adopting the Kyoto Protocol and implementing its mechanisms, it is expected that the use of conventional energy sources shall stabilise and decrease on global level. The European Union’s legal framework, through its appropriate directives, sets very clear objectives for the use of renewable energy sources for member states. Serbia is a country with significant potentials in renewable energy sources, which are, regretfully, underused. Renewable energy source potentials are featured by very favourable indicators in matters of both capacity and distribution. The status is especially favourable in the field of geothermal energy potentials in the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina, situated in the Pannonian Basin, where there are significant sources of this fuel. The paper presents the basic forms and characteristics of renewable energy sources in Serbia and provides an overview of the possibilities for their use. INTRODUCTION Solving global energy problems implies an interdisciplinary approach and considering the issues from different perspectives. Research on individual EI experiences in Australia connected the trajectory of Serbian refugees’ personal lives to large social changes such as nationalistic movements, ethnic tensions, the civil war in the former Yugoslavia and refugees’ consequent forced exodus. It shows that successful refugee social and employment integration (SEI) is important because of positive outcomes for society and individuals, yet rarely do studies address how refugees can achieve EI from a long-term perspective. Hence, this study fills an explanatory vacuum on achieving EI for this group. The work explores vital yet neglected stories and voices in a qualitative study of Serbian refugee experiences. Real-life experiences need to be considered when formulating policies that affect such people’s lives. Future immigrant groups will depend largely on what the Government does at all stages of entry.
