In 1992, Paul eakston dared to follow his heart and build a new brewery from scratch following the takeover of his family’s brewing rm. Paul dreamt of a perfect tasting, quality Yorkshire bitter - light amber, grassy fresh with a hoppy bite - and Black Sheep Best Bitter was born.
