Pink glasses Rosé Garnacha 100% The Grenache grapes are harvested early on in the season to preserve a good acidity. Also harvest takes place at night. Fermented in steel vats, the juice is allowed to macerate on the skins just enough to get a nice pink color with salmon highlights.
