SHORT NOTICE INVITING TENDERS Items/Percentage rate (as per DNIT) tenders for the following works are hereby invited from the approved Contractors/firms which are enlisted / renewed with HUD & PHE Department and fee has been deposited with the Department, and also declared as manufacturer by Pakistan Engineering development Board to ensure quality. Tenders Applications shall be received on 22.02.2021 Tenders shall be issued on 23.02.2021 in office hour office of the undersigned at Rajan Pur and Tenders will be received /opened on 24-02-2021 at 2:00 PM in the office of the Commissioner D.G.Khan in presence of intending bidders or their authorized agents with the following terms and conditions BID OF SCHEDULE 1 Contractors /Firms are required to produce the Original Registration Certificate issued by the Pakistan Engineering Council, (PEC) Islamabad for the year 2020-21. 2 Deposit at call for the amount noted against each shall have to be deposited by the intending firm at the time of receiving tenders; otherwise no tender will be issued. 3 Tenders received telegraphically or by post will not be accepted. 4 No tender will be issued after due date. 5 No conditional tender shall be accepted /entertained 6 The intending Tenders may get the tender documents issued from the Divisional Head Clerk during office hours on 23.02.2021 on payment of tender fee through bank challan. 7 Details /Particular of the work can be seen in the office of the undersigned on any working day during office hours. 8 No tender will be issued to the contractors whose progress on the work already in hand is BEHIND THE SCHEDULE. 9 The lowest bidder whose bid will be lesser than 5% below the sanctioned estimated cost of the work shall have to deposit the difference between the costs as per rate quoted by the bidders as additional performance security, which will be returned on successful completion of the work/contract.
