BIDDING DOCUMENTS
The Local Govt.& Community Development Department District Rajanpur has invited the tenders for the following approved development scheme for the year 2016-17 @ BI annual 1st January 2017 to 30th June 2017 (below & above) from the registered contractors who have been deposited their registration / renewal fee for the year 2016-17 in LG&CD, Department District Rajanpur on following terms and conditions. 1. Tender documents are available in the office of A.E, LG&CD,Rajanpur soon after date of publication of the invitation to bid (PPRA Punjab Rules 25(1) on written application accompanied with attested photocopy of Enlistment letter, Identity Card of Contractor, power of attorney of the owner of firm and Tender Fee will be received in cash. 2. Tender will not be issued to those contractors whose performance of work remained unsatisfactory during the previous year or failed to complete the previous works. 3. Tender will be issued from the office of A.E, LG&CD, Rajanpur upto 22-04-2017 till 3:00 PM on written application attached with earnest money equal to 4% of bid in form of CDR from any scheduled bank. 4. Tender will be received on 24-04-2017 at 02:00 PM and will be opened at the same date at 2:30 PM in the presence of tender opening committee & contractors in the office Director Development Commissioner Office DG Khan. 5. The Department will not responsible for supply of any machinery or material. 6. Any one or all of the bids can be rejected on the basis of evaluation criteria through Procuring agency on any grounds. 7. Estimated Cost and other information are available in the office of undersigned which can be seen during office hours with the Head Clerk. 8. The work will be executed as per scope provided in the T.S Estimate. 9. Rates quoted by the Contractors below than 5%, the contractor have to submit amount of difference as performance security in farm of CDR within 15-days after the approval of rates, which will be returned to contractor on successful completion of work, otherwise work will be cancelled and earnest money will be forfeited. 10. The contractor would be eligible for issuance of tender who have valid PEC Certificate for the year 2017. 11. The procuring agency may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposals. 12. The procuring agency should upon request communicate to any bidder the grounds for its rejection of all bids or proposals but shall not be required to justify those grounds. 13. All relevant PPRA Rules would be applicable. 14. The work orders of all Development Schemes will be issued subject to receipt of funds from Govt. 15. Tender fee would be received in cash. 16. Prevailing Taxes by Punjab Revenue Authority would be applicable.
