Although soft and smooth on the palate, as is typical of wheat beers, this light and well-balanced white beer is very fresh. Its complex aroma and modest alcohol content make Blanche de Bruxelles a beer like no other.

Traquair Jacobite 8.0 abv 16.9 ounces! Scotland 18 Limited edition ale produced from an ancient recipe with the addition of coriander. Named for the 250th anniversary of the Jacobite Rebellion. A strong ale based on an ancient recipe, Jacobite Ale is spiced with hops as well as another traditional and ancient seasoning: coriander. Deep brown color; rich aroma of spice, chocolate and leather; full, creamy body.

Ayinger Celebrator Doppelbock 6.7 abv Germany ...... 8 Celebrator has a creamy head of tight bubbles contrasting beautifully with its profound dark robe. It is full-bodied and velvety from half a year’s aging. Although it is strong, it is not overpowering. There is a wonderful and complex balance between the various malts, the alcohol and the subtle hops. A complex fruitiness of roasted malt and whole hop flowers. Despite its richness, it has a faintly smoky dryness in the finish.

Warsteiner 4.8 abv Germany ...... 3 This is a slightly pale German-style Pilsner with a clean, refreshing taste. Warsteiner is brewed with fresh Arnsberger Forest spring water sourced at the brewery in Warstein, Germany; a naturally soft water that helps to create the smooth taste and creamy head.

Murphy’s Irish Stout 4.0 abv Ireland ...... 5 Dry Stout. With its creamy mouth feel and judicious use of bittering hops, this seems a little like a milk/cream stout. It’s black in color with roasted malt aromas and flavors with just a touch of bitter coffee showing on the finish.

Murphy’s Irish Red 5.0 abv Ireland ...... 4 Irish Red Ale. This beer pours a reddish copper color with a pronounced spicy hop aroma. The mouthfeel is light with mild carbonation, letting the slight sweet malt flavors blend with the bittering hops. The finish is smooth. Kenn Wiltshire opened Caffé 312 in December of 2014 at 312 Main Street. Seven days a week, Caffé 312 provides a warm, welcoming environment for business meetings, gatherings or simply a place to relax.
