Most contributions to Current Research include an abstract and bibliographic citation. It is hoped that these will assist you in cataloguing and indexing these reports and that this will result in a still wider dissemination of the results of the Geological Survey's research activities. Its distinctive domical shape and relatively flat summit suggest the origin of thc Hoodoo Mountain volcanic centre as a tuya, or subglacial volcano comprising trachyte lava flows and domes interlayered with pyroclastic rocks and deposits erupted over the past l l0 000 years. For more information on the Hoodoo Mountain centre see the report by awards and Russell on pages 67-76. (photo by R.G. Anderson, 1993; GSC 1993-304). Anderson, 1993; GSC 1993-304).
