SUMMARY This annual report summarizes the different activities conducted by the Foundation for the period of April 2017 to March 2018 including both Programmes and Projects. The Foundation reached out to total 2743 people from different age groups and backgrounds right from school students to corporate employees and senior citizens through the 62 activities conducted throughout India. However, majority of our activities were conducted in Greater Mumbai and Bangalore. We conducted 41 programs including walks, talks, workshops and exhibitions in Mumbai and Navi Mumbai and reached out to 1496 participants through these activities. These include 19 walks on different themes like bird, butterflies, insects, trees, wildflower, and nature. 11 workshops including 1 Kitchen Gardening workshop for Gopi Birla School, 1 Mothing event for Wildlife Institute of India, Dehradun to celebrate ‘World Moth Week’ from 26-28 July, 1 Bee Amazed Workshop for KPMG corporate and 8 Bird architecture workshop for HSBC Bank.
