MONEY TALK WINTER 2020 HELLO, MERRIMACK! Triangle’s newest branch, at the Merrimack 360 Shopping Center on Daniel Webster Highway, opened in December! Our Merrimack location services over 2,400 current Triangle members who reside in town and features our new member initiative, TCU GO! Part of the TCU GO initiative includes Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs) that provide more functionality and features than traditional ATMs. ITMs allow members to make withdrawals, deposits, transfers, make loan payments, and order treasurer’s checks. If you need assistance, you have the ability to talk with our Contact Center via live video during our normal business hours. ITMs give our members an interactive experience, and allow more self-service to our membership while offering the convenience of receiving live assistance when needed. In addition, our Merrimack Branch Specialists will be available to support members with transactions, including closing loans and scheduling video conferences with our mortgage or commercial lending teams. Merrimack, we are happy to serve you! What exactly is TCU GO? It is a member experience that will make Triangle banking services more accessible, faster and better for our members! This initiative includes Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs), which are available at our new Merrimack branch, Mobile Banking, Mobile Payments, Online Banking, TCU Card App, 24-Hour Contact Center, and now available: Video Chat Conferencing with our Mortgage Originators and Commercial Lending Team!
