Graduates (m/f) Manufacturing, Supply and R&D Starting date 1st October 2016

Within the scope of our 24-months Graduate Programme you will receive a comprehensive insight of the diverse business units. Right from the beginning you will be involved in the daily business and manage demanding interdisciplinary projects. Areas of specification might be for example Global Logistics, International Operations, Global Planning, Quality Management, Global Engineering, Product Science or Packaging & Technology Innovation. During the 24 months you can expect challenging projects, a great variety of subjects, depth of content and an intensive training in the topics of your specification area. You will also accompany a Field Force representative to understand their daily work. Experience Manager’s support as a mentor during the Graduate Programme and learn from your Buddy, who is a current Graduate.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR  You have recently completed a University Degree with above average success in the relevant subjects: Engineering, Natural Sciences, Agriculture, IT, Logistics/ Supply Chain or Economic Sciences.  You have gained first working experiences through internships in Germany or abroad.  Your working approach is precise, structured and target-orientated.  You enjoy working in an international company and have intercultural competencies.  You like the particular challenge of working for a tobacco company.  You have outstanding social skills and a good sense of humour.  You are self-confident, open-minded, flexible and enthusiastic and you are keenly interested in a career in Manufacturing, Supply and R&D.

 In addition, you are fluent in English and have a deep knowledge of MS-Office.
