TEFAL GREAT SINGAPORE SALE (GSS) 2019 PROMOTION 3 May 2019 – 30 June 2019 Terms and Conditions • Promotion period: 3 May 2019 – 30 June 2019. • By entering this promotion participants agree that they have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) in their entirety. • The Organizer is Groupe SEB Singapore (the “Organizer”). • This promotion is open to all legal and permanent residents of Singapore. Employees and the immediate families of the Organizer, its affiliates, subsidiaries, retail outlets, related agencies and suppliers are not eligible to participate in this promotion. Persons below 18 years of age should seek parental consent before participating. Entering Promotion • To enter the promotion, spend a minimum of $150 net on Tefal and/or Rowenta products in a single receipt during the promotional period (3rd May – 30th June 2019). • This promotion is available in selected Singapore participating outlets (refer to Appendix A) and also for online purchases of Tefal products at Tefal Lazada Official store https://www.lazada.sg/shop/tefal-official-store/ with a minimum net spend of $150. • For every $150 net spend on Tefal or Rowenta products in a participating outlet, Entrants will receive one unique KFC redemption voucher from the Tefal Sales Specialist at the time of purchase. Entrants can receive up to a maximum of 2 KFC vouchers in a single receipt, providing the single receipt shows a purchase of minimum $300 net spend on Tefal or Rowenta products. KFC redemption voucher would allow you to redeem 5pcs chicken feast, 2 med whipped potato and 2 regular Pepsi black drinks. For online purchases, a KFC voucher/vouchers will be mailed out to the Entrant to the address provided by the Entrant, for every minimum net spend of $150 at https://www.lazada.sg/shop/tefal-official-store/. • Multiple entries are allowed but each entry must have an original receipt showing a purchase of a minimum $150 net spend on a Tefal or Rowenta product purchase at Singapore participating outlets or at https://www.lazada.sg/shop/tefal-official-store/ 1 original receipt equals 1 KFC voucher • To claim a KFC voucher, the Entrant must take their original receipt, filled up necessary information and have their NRIC for verification and upon satisfactory verification of both, to receive KFC voucher from Tefal Sales Specialist • Organizer is not responsible for late, illegible, misdirected transmissions, or problems of any kind whether mechanical, human or electronic. Late, incomplete, incorrect or entries that raise a suspicion of unfairness or fraud will be deemed void and invalid and will not be included in the judging of the promotion. KFC Vouchers • Meal Voucher comes with the following • 5pcs Chicken includes 1 drumstick & wing and a mixture of chicken parts for the other 3 • 2 Med Whipped Potato • 2 Regular Pepsi Black • Price worth: $25.10 per meal Redemption of KFC Voucher • Number of vouchers given out will depend on number of eligible entries received. Prizes cannot be transferred or substituted except at Organizer’s sole discretion. Organizer reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or similar value if a stated prize is unavailable for any reason. All prizes are non- transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for any other prizes. Prizes may not be claimed by any person other than the prize-winner, unless prior and agreed arrangements with the Organizer have been made. Neither Organizer nor its affiliates or subsidiaries will be responsible for any loss, liability or damages arising out of the winner’s acceptance or use of the prize. • Voucher validity is till 31st July 2019 or first 5,000 redemptions • Each voucher is limited to redemption of 1 meal only • Original voucher must be presented to claim offer • Redemption is available at all KFC Singapore restaurant except KFC KidZania, Sentosa and Singapore Zoo • Torn and damaged voucher will not be accepted • Voucher is not available in exchange of cash • Each meal comes with 5pcs Chicken, 2 med whipped potato and 1 regular Pepsi black • Meal bundle is fixed, and no change is allowed • Valid for dine-in and takeaway only. Not applicable for KFC Delivery, Corporate and Events, Self-order Kiosks and KFC Singapore App & Website • Winners shall be responsible for any and all applicable taxes or fees associated with winning the prizes. Unless otherwise specified, all ancillary costs are the winner’s responsibility. • If this contest is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Organizer, the Organizer reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate, without prior notice. • The Organizer reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity and proof of residency to claim the prize. • By participating, the participant has agreed to be bound by this Promotion Rules & Regulations, and the decisions of the Organizer is final. a) Any and all personal data submitted may be collected, used and/or disclosed to the Groupe SEB Singapore and Groupe SEB Singapore’s partners for various purposes, including to communicate with the participant for purposes related to the Tefal Great Singapore Sale(GSS) Promotion, to provide goods and services to the participant upon request, and such other purposes Groupe SEB Singapore and Groupe SEB Singapore’s partners may reasonably deem appropriate, or in relation to which the participant has otherwise provided Groupe SEB Singapore and Groupe SEB Singapore’s partners with consent; b) Groupe SEB Singapore and Groupe SEB Singapore’s partners may collect, use, disclose and share amongst themselves and their respective service providers, the participant’s personal data, including the photographs or audio-video or other recordings of these participants (“Material”) for publicity and/ or use in advertisements across all media, including, without limitation, in Groupe SEB Singapore’s and Groupe SEB Singapore’s partners’ publications, presentations, promotional materials on their websites, in its original or edited format, and whether to promote the Tefal GSS Promotion or otherwise without further notification, remuneration or compensation; and c) the copyright and all other intellectual property rights in and to all Material shall vest solely and absolutely in Groupe SEB Singapore without further compensation. • Groupe SEB Singapore may vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions, or withdraw, suspend or discontinue this promotion at any time without prior notice or liability to any person. • In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the Promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail. • In the event of any dispute, the decision of Groupe SEB Singapore shall be deemed final. Any correspondence pertaining to the decision made by the Organizer will not be entertained. • Organizer, its promotional and advertising agencies, and all respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents shall have no liability and shall be held harmless by winners for any damage, loss or liability to person or property, due in whole or part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance or use of a prize or participation in this promotion. Any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this prize draw, but in no event attorneys’ fees. Organizer reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, cancel or suspend part of all of this prize draw should computer virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, electronic or computer error or other causes beyond the control of Organizer corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the prize draw. In such event, Organizer may award prizes in a random drawing from all eligible entries received up to the date of cancellation or suspension. Organizer and its prize draw and advertising agencies are not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, fraud, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by Organizer, entrants or by any of the equipment or programming or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may limit a participant’s ability to participate in the prize draw. Organizer may prohibit an entrant from participating in the prize draw or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the prize draw by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick entry programs) or intending to annoy, abuse, or threaten any other entrants or Organizer representatives.
