F&N Fruit Tree Fresh Limited Edition Cooler Bag F&N FRUIT TREE FRESH ‘VEGGIE GOODNESS APRIL PROMOTION: LIMITED EDITION COOLER BAG REDEMPTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS The following terms and conditions shall apply to the F&N FRUIT TREE FRESH ‘VEGGIE GOODNESS Promotion: “Limited Edition F&N FRUIT TREE FRESH cooler bag redemption” (“the Promotion”). The redemption promotion is as defined below, where you can redeem: a) 1 piece of Limited Edition F&N FRUIT TREE FRESH cooler bag with purchase of 1x2L or 2x1L of FRUIT TREE FRESH product in a single receipt. Your participation in the above promotion will be subjected to and governed by the following: 1. ELIGIBILITY 1.1 The promotion is open to all Singapore citizens, permanent residents and work permit holders residing in Singapore. Each redemption must be validated with a valid identification card or work permit. Limited to one redemption per identification card/work permit and receipt, on a while-stocks-last basis. 2. DETAILS OF THE PROMOTION: 2.1 A purchase of 1x2L or 2x1L of FRUIT TREE FRESH product in a single receipt is required from any one of the participating outlets. 2.3 Receipts from participating outlets are valid from 1 April to 30 April 2018, while stocks lasts. Receipt needs to be presented at point of redemption. The premium is available while stocks last and is subjected to availability and restrictions at each participating outlet. 2.4 Redemption of the Limited Edition F&N FRUIT TREE FRESH cooler bag can only be done via the following manner: a) Via cashiers in store or customer service counter at the mall; For purchases in stores that has redemption at cashier or customer service counter, redemption should be made at the place of purchase, on the day of purchase. Do refer to appendix for list of stores with cashier/customer service redemption. 2.5 Redemption is not allowed across different retailers (E.g. Purchase made at Giant Vivo City cannot be redeemed at Fairprice Tiong Bahru Plaza) and/or between different outlets of the same retailers (E.g. Purchases made at Fairprice Toa Payoh cannot be redeemed at Fairprice Ang Mo Kio). 2.6 Redemption is limited to one premium (Limited Edition F&N FRUIT TREE FRESH cooler bag) per receipt and on a while-stocks-last basis. 3. ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS REGARDING THE ENTIRE PROMOTION 3.1 Personal data of participants will be collected as the company deems fit. The company shall reserve right to utilize the names and particulars of the participants for its own internal usage. 3.2 The Company’s decision on all matters relating to the redemption process shall be final and binding. The Company shall not be obliged to enter into any correspondence concerning the Promotion. 3.3 The Company reserves the right to disclose, publish and/or use the name and any other particulars of the participants (including any still photography or videography or recordings in other media/formats of the participants' appearance, likeness, poses, voice or statements) for promotional, publicity and other purposes in connection with the Promotion as the Company deems fit. Each participant irrevocably and unconditionally consents to such disclosure, publication and/or usage, and agrees to co-operate with the Company and participate in the activities organized by the Company for aforesaid purposes. 3.4 The Company reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time at its absolute discretion without notice or liability to participants of the redemption or any other person. 4. PREMIUM FOR REDEMPTION 4.1 Details of the premium is: One piece of Limited Edition F&N FRUIT TREE FRESH cooler bag. 4.2 The Company may, in its sole and absolute discretion, vary, modify, exchange or substitute any premium or any term or particulars of any prize (including brand, type, model, flights, accommodation and duration) without liability to furnish any reason and/or notice to any person. 4.3 All premiums are non-transferable, not exchangeable for cash, credit or any other item and shall be subject to such terms and conditions which the Company and/or the relevant vendor, merchant or supplier of the goods or services may at its/their sole and absolute discretion impose. The recipients agree to abide by those terms and conditions. 4.4 The Company and/or the relevant vendor, merchant or supplier of the goods or services shall determine the color, style, any fittings, fixtures, packaging, accessories and/or form of the premium, as appropriate. The recipients shall accept the premium “as is” and the Company shall be under no obligation to entertain any request by the recipients to change any aspect of the premium. The Company makes no representation or warranty whatsoever as to the quality or suitability for purpose or any other implied terms and conditions with respect to the premiums redeemed during the promotion, and the Company shall not be held liable for any loss, cost or damage to any person resulting or arising from any premium or the use of it. 4.5 Redemption of the Limited Edition F&N FRUIT TREE FRESH cooler bag is available only at participating stores. Redemption points: Cashier / Customer Service Counter in selected stores. Please refer to below list of participating stores. 5. THIRD PARTY RIGHTS A person who is not a Participant or a party to the Promotion has no right to enforce any provision of these terms and conditions. 6. Launched in November 2007, this six-year programme aims to promote IT awareness and literacy among senior citizens so that they can be actively engaged in the digital age. As of August 2013, under the SII programme, more than 77,000 training places, conducted in Silver Infocomm Junctions (SIJ), Silver Infocomm Day and Inter-generational IT Bootcamps, have been attained since 2007, exceeding the set target of 45,000 by 171%.The following programmes are supported through the $4.2 million budget for SII: 1) Silver Infocomm Day The Silver Infocomm Day (SID) series, an annual event organised by IDA, Institute of Higher Learnings (IHLs), industry partners and the community, is aimed at educating senior citizens on the latest in infocomm lifestyle trends and products.
