Schroeder was a third round draft pick in the 1984 NFL Draft by the Washington Redskins, after a college career at UCLA, in which he started only one game. His first NFL pass play after was a 43 yard completion to Art Monk, the first of a four-play drive that led to a touchdown to put the Redskins into the lead and ultimately to win the game. Schroeder gained the starting spot on the Redskins in his third NFL season, and led them to a 12-4 record while throwing for a franchise record 4,109 passing yards and making the Pro Bowl. He managed to lead Washington all the way to the NFC title game, where his team was shut out 17-0 by the New York Giants. In 1988 Schroeder was traded for Raiders tackle Jim Lachey. Each night they played, the stands and hills were completely filled, even setting an attendance record of over 45,000 people for a single game! Attendance records were also set for the entire series of 32 games with a whopping 467,964 people! Check out these photos of the two stadiums in Williamsport. Howard J. Club Business During our August Board Meeting it was proposed to amend Article II, Section 1 of the Norfolk Sports Club Bylaws. Article II, Section 1 currently states the following: Purpose Section 1.
