I en kommentar säger Cecilia Stegö Chilò: Genom att inte betala TV-avgift och att anlita s.k. svart hemhjälp, har jag under tiden innan jag blev statsråd begått förseelser som inte är acceptabla, men som jag på alla sätt försökt att rätta till. Den ambitionen har nu stoppats av Radiotjänst i Kiruna AB och Svenska Transportarbetarförbundets polisanmälningar. Eftersom det inte kommer att vara möjligt att inom rimlig tid reda upp situationen ser jag inte längre någon möjlighet att genom ett engagerat och kompetent arbete reparera den skada jag åsamkat regeringen. Vid tillträdet uttryckte jag i ett flertal medier att jag accepterat att vara moderat kulturminister i Sveriges nya alliansregering. Ändå har många redaktioner valt att ifrågasätta den lojaliteten och låta andra människor spekulera om hur jag ser på mitt uppdrag. Jag har kritiserats för att jag inte har förklarat mig, men idag presenteras en kulturbudget som öppnar för fyra års reformarbete på kulturens område. Svensk kultur behöver förnyelse och svensk borgerlighet behöver en modern och självmedveten kultursyn. Jag önskar min efterträdare all lycka i det arbetet. Jag är naturligtvis mycket ledsen över att behöva lämna det blivande kulturdepartementet efter så kort tid. Att få arbeta tillsammans med en ytterst professionell personal med frågor jag brinner för var ett privilegium - om än kort. Jag vill också rikta ett varmt tack till alla dem som på olika sätt stöttat mig och min familj under några utsatta dagar. Jag har blivit föremål för mycket värme, men också mött en stor oro: Hur blir det med vår demokrati om politiken bara har plats för felfria människor? Det är en stor och svår fråga som jag inte kan diskutera här. Men jag hoppas att mina upplevelser inte ska avskräcka "sådana som jag", kvinnor, företagare, journalister och fria samhällsdebattörer från att utveckla sina tankar, följa sina övertygelser och engagera sig partipolitiskt. Slutligen vill jag önska den nya regeringen lycka till med sitt viktiga arbete att förnya Sverige. Jag är uppriktigt ledsen för att jag bidrog till att ni inte fick den flygande start på fyra års viktigt arbete som ni så väl förtjänade efter det hårda arbetet i valkampanjen. Johan Tiedemann kommer närmast från det moderata riksdagskansliet där han varit biträdande kanslichef. Han har varit moderaternas handläggare av kulturfrågor sedan 1999. Ny politiskt sakkunnig hos kulturministern är Carl Johan Swanson, som även tjänstgör som pressekreterare tills vidare. Därmed har Utbildnings- och kulturdepartementet tre statssekreterare på plats. I lördags utsågs Peter Honeth till statssekreterare hos utbildningsminister Lars Leijonborg. Honeth var tidigare universitetsdirektör vid Lunds universitet och dessförinnan bland annat departementsråd. Therese Wallqvister heter Lars Leijonborgs stabschef som tidigare arbetat som biträdande kanslichef på folkpartiets riksdagskansli. Malin Strid är politiskt sakkunnig, och Joakim Bergström pressekreterare hos Lars Leijonborg. Bertil Östberg, tidigare stadsdelsdirektör i Stockholms stad är statssekreterare hos skolminister Jan Björklund. Minister for Rural Affairs Eskil Erlandsson will be there to speak about the Government's investment in the Forest Kingdom vision and about wood construction as one of the focus areas of this vision.
