We will be happy to have your feedback. Smt. Nara Bhuvaneswari inaugurated Mentor the Hero - 2017 Painting Exhibition HIGHLIGHTS 1. A Blood Donation Drive in collaboration with Facebook was conducted on 18 Nov 2017 at NTR Trust Blood Bank, Hyderabad. Sri Nandamuri BalaKrishna, Sri Jagapathi Babu & Sri Nara Brahmani voluntarily donated blood. 2. Smt. Nara Bhuvaneswari, Managing Trustee of NTR Trust inaugurated Mentor the Hero- 2017 Painting Exhibition event at NTR Trust Hyderabad. WE WORK THE TALK! ntrtrust.org| 1 ​ ​ 3. NTR Trust CEO - Mr. Vishnu Vardhan was invited to Facebook Social Good Forum - 2017 held at New York, USA on 29 November, 2017. NTR Trust partnered with Facebook in developing and testing the FB Blood Donation tool. 4. NTR Trust has signed a MoU with OLA & APSKWDCL to create Employment opportunities for Kapu Youngsters in the states of Andhra Pradesh & Telangana. As a part of this event, Sri Nara Chandrababu Naidu, Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh flagged off 16 cars at Vijayawada. He handed over the cars to drivers cum owners. 5. NTR Trust Management has performed Bhoomi pooja at Chilakaluripet, Andhra Pradesh to setup NTR Sujala Cluster. Through this cluster, NTR Trust will provide access to safe drinking water, at just Rs. 2/- for 20 litres to about 1,22,000 population residing in Chilakaluripet Mandal. Thanks to IFFCO TOKIO GENERAL INSURANCE & IFFCO KISAN SEZ for their support to build NTR Sujala Cluster at Chilakaluripet. Sri Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao & Sri Jagapathi Babu donated blood at NTR Trust Blood Bank, Hyderabad. HEALTH Key Activities: 1. A Blood Donation Drive in collaboration with Facebook was organized on 18 Nov 2017 at NTR Trust Blood ​ Bank, Hyderabad. Sri Nandamuri BalaKrishna, Sri Jagapathi Babu & Sri Nara Brahmani voluntarily donated blood. 2. NTR Trust CEO-Mr.Vishnu Vardhan was invited to Facebook Social Good Forum - 2017 held at New York on 29 November, 2017. NTR Trust CEO, Mr. T. Vishnu Vardhan shared about how NTR Trust partnered with Facebook in developing and testing the FB Blood Donation tool. More than 200 Thought Leaders from the NonProfit sector and 50 International Media representatives took part in this event. NTR Trust was a part of a three-day State Level Workshop on NSS - Teaching Methodologies conducted by BVRIT, Hyderabad. Dr. Hitesh Kumar, Senior Program Manager - Health - NTR Trust Blood Bank conducted a session on “Blood Donation Camps” and “Thalassemia Awareness”. Around 30 NSS Heads from various Engineering Colleges participated in this program. 4. A Free Health Camp was organized for two days by NTR Trust in collaboration with LV Prasad Eye Hospital, Basavatarakam Cancer Hospital, KIMS Hospital, KLR Lenora Dental Hospital, GSL Hospital, Sai Hospital. 3445 residents were provided with Diabetic screening, Orthopedic, Cancer Screening, Cardiology, Dental, Pediatric, Ophthalmology, Dermatology, Gynaecology & general checkup and medicines were distributed on a free basis. 5. Dr. K. Hitesh Kumar, Senior Manager - Transfusion Medicine at NTR Trust Blood Banks, delivered a lecture and interactive session on "Best Blood Transfusion Practices" to the DNB postgraduates, clinicians and Nursing staff of St. Theresa Hospital, Hyderabad. He emphasized the need for judicious use Blood and Blood components especially Platelets in various clinical scenarios. 6. During Sep and Oct 2017, NTR Trust organized free Medical Camps across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, wherein people were given free health checkup and medicines. These Healthcare camps aim at promoting health-seeking behaviour in the long term and these camps majorly work on building awareness regarding common ailments, nutrition, hygiene and sanitation. These camps provide comprehensive health services free of cost. 7. NTR Trust Blood Banks has organized many Volunteer Blood Donation Camps across the state of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Thanks to IFFCO TOKIO General Insurance Company Limited and IFFCO Kisan SEZ for granting Rs. 2.9 crores for this project. NTR Trust provides affordable safe drinking water at just Rs.2/- for 20 litres. We already have Mentors who have come forward to sponsor and mentor the free residential education of poor and Orphan Children. We are glad to share that we have Mentors who have committed to support us from USA, Kuwait, Dubai, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. NTR Trust conducted Vijetha - Inter School Competition from 20, Nov 2017 to 26, Nov 2017. Students from various schools participated in various competitions like Dance, Essay writing, Painting Competition, crafts & Clay art. 3. Tollywood celebrities Mr. Siva Balaji & Mr. Rajiv Kanakala visited NTR Trust “ Mentor the Hero 2017 - Painting Exhibition”. 4. NTR Model School students celebrated Children’s Day. As a part of celebrations, students took part in various sports & cultural activities like Kabaddi, shuttle, Spell-be, Quiz, Volley Ball, Frog Jump, Dance, Vocal Music and paid tributes to Cha Cha Nehru. A rally was conducted by 10th class students and fresh food and blankets were distributed to old age home. NTR rust has signed a MoU with OLA & APSKWDCL to create Employment opportunities for Kapu youngsters in the states of Telangana & Andhra Pradesh.In the event, 16 Cars were flagged off by Hon'ble Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh Sri Nara Chandrababu Naidu Garu at Vijayawada. He handed over the cars to Proud Driver - Owners who looked forward to a bright future as self-employed individuals.NTR Trust team, APSKWDCL team and Team OLA were present on the occasion. 2. A free 2 months - Vocational Tailoring course exclusively for women was launched at NTR Trust Skill Development Centre, Vinukonda. The aim of this course is to make them achieve economic stability for themselves and for their families. This program will equip them with skills that are required to establish their own businesses. I can proudly share with you that we have taken giant steps in making real-time governance and e-Pragati more efficient. It enables seamless delivery of Government services. Andhra Pradesh is truly a Sunrise State. From April 2015 to August 2018, 28,886 industrial units have been set up; and, in the last one year, there have been 15,527 single-window applications, of which 99.56 per cent have been approved within 21 days of application. In 2017–2018, there were 2705 specified investment proposals, of which 755 were completed. The State received total investments worth Rs.1,49,693.61 crores, creating 32,93,242 specified job opportunities. Recently, we signed MoUs to push growth in the retail sector, agri businesses, and construction industry among others. We have also paid attention to building a skilling eco-system so that the job demands of these sectors are met. At the World Cities Summit 2018, it was heartening to see international leaders acknowledge the progress being made in Sri Nara Chandrababu Naidu building a world-class Capital in Amravati.

Remembering the Legend Sri Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao (NTR) on his 21st death anniversary, a commemoration event titled “Telugu vaari jnapakam ( )” was organized on 18 ​ ​ ెలగ ాజపకం January, 2017. As part of this, a prototype of NTR Museum was inaugurated by our Trustee Shri Nara Lokesh at Siddhartha College Grounds in Vijayawada. During the week-long exhibition the prototype Museum attracted about 70,000 footfalls. 3. Sri Nara Chandrababu Naidu, Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh visited NTR Museum. He walked down the memory lane and fondly recalled his association with the legendary actor-turned-leader Sri NTR. 4.
