Transport Study (SIITS) is to undertake a proportionate STAG-based options appraisal across the internal Shetland air and ferry network. The overall approach to this options appraisal is to analyse each island in turn considering current and future connectivity needs in the light of the current provision of vessels, harbours, services, aircraft, airstrips and timetables. 1.1.2 The output of this process will be a set of options for each island, which have been subjected to a Part 1 and Part 2 Appraisal process. The appraisal will be reported in full and also in the form of Appraisal Summary Tables and Options Summary Tables. Given the network coverage (serving nine islands), the analysis and outputs of the appraisal will be proportionate
