Report it from within the Portal As part of ClinicalConnect’s version 5.0.4, which went live on June 15, 2019, users now have the ability to report a technical issue directly from within the portal. Reports show that more and more users are using this new feature as their means to report technical issues directly to the HITS Helpdesk.
