Adventure Road New Member

Official Rules 1. WinStar World Casino and Resort, , and Newcastle Casino are governmental enterprises of the Nation, (“Nation”) a federally recognized sovereign Indian tribe. Beginning Monday, May 1, 2017 through Saturday, September 30, 2017 qualified Patrons will be eligible to participate in the “Adventure Road New Member” promotion. 2. Patrons must be eighteen (18) years of age or older with a valid photo ID and must become a new Players Club card member, with complete and accurate information, at a minimum of one of the aforementioned properties to participate. The following individuals or entities are not eligible to participate or win during this promotional activity: employees of WinStar World Casino and Resort, Riverwind Casino, and Newcastle Casino; employees of the Nation prohibited from participating as set forth by any of the Nation’s policies; regulations, or laws; anyone who is currently barred from any of the Nation’s Gaming Facilities; or any Promotional Sponsors. 3. Beginning at 8:00am Monday, May 1, 2017 qualified Patrons will be eligible to redeem a promotional offer at any of the aforementioned properties’ Player Clubs. Qualified Patrons will then be able to earn entries in the following ways: a. Patrons must visit the New Member promotional link located on the Adventure Road website www.adventureroad.com or visit any participating Adventure Road partner to receive their promotional offer. b. Patrons must then present their promotional offer to a Players Club representative upon becoming a new Players Club Card member at any of the aforementioned properties. c. Patrons will be eligible to participate at any, or all properties at which they become a new member during the qualifying time periods. d. Patrons will be eligible to receive one (1) free entry into the “Adventure Road New Member” promotion at initial signup. Patrons will also receive one (1) additional entry for providing a valid email address. e. Patrons will receive one (1) entry for every five (5) points earned on their new Players Club Card at that property throughout the qualifying time period. Partial entries will not carry over once the drawings begin. f. Every Saturday throughout the promotion, Patrons will receive two (2) entries for every five (5) points earned on their Players Club Card at that property. Newcastle Casino 4. Beginning at 8:00am on Monday, May 1, 2017 through 11:59pm on Saturday, September 16, 2017 qualified Patrons will be eligible to earn entries into the drawings to be held at Newcastle Casino. 5. On Saturday, September 16, 2017 drawings will be held from 7:00pm until 11:45pm and a total of nineteen (19) winners will be awarded one of the following preliminary cash amounts: $1,000, $2,000, $2,500, $5,000, and

1 $10,000. At approximately 11:59pm the Grand Prize drawing will be held and one (1) winner will receive $25,000 in cash. Riverwind Casino 6. Beginning at 8:00am on Monday, May 1, 2017 through 11:59pm on Saturday, September 23, 2017 qualified Patrons will be eligible to earn entries into the drawings to be held at Riverwind Casino. 7. On Saturday, September 23, 2017 drawings will be held from 7:00pm until 11:45pm and a total of nineteen (19) winners will be awarded one of the following preliminary cash amounts: $1,000, $2,000, $2,500, $5,000, and $10,000. At approximately 11:59pm the Grand Prize drawing will be held and one (1) winner will receive $25,000 in cash WinStar World Casino and Resort 8. Beginning at 8:00am on Monday, May 1, 2017 through 11:59pm on Saturday, September 30, 2017 qualified Patrons will be eligible to earn entries into the drawings to be held at WinStar World Casino and Resort. 9. On Saturday, September 30, 2017 drawings will be held from 7:00pm until 11:45pm and a total of nineteen (19) winners will be awarded one of the following preliminary cash amounts: $1,000, $2,000, $2,500, $5,000, and $10,000. At approximately 11:59pm the Grand Prize drawing will be held and one (1) winner will receive $25,000 in cash. 10. The following will apply to all “Adventure Road New Member” property promotions: a. A total of $62,500 will be given away at each property during this event. b. Limit of one (1) preliminary cash prize per Patron, per drawing night. All Patrons will eligible for the Grand Prize drawing each night. c. Patron(s) do not need to be present to win. Winner(s) will be contacted by the host property and given two (2) weeks to claim their prize. If a prize is not claimed within the designated time period it will be forfeited. d. The casino management system at each aforementioned property will be the sole determinant of each winner. 11. All participating Patrons must abide by the posted House Rules at each property. 12. Winner(s) are responsible for all applicable taxes. Winners will receive a W2-G and/or a 1099 tax form, when applicable, provided by the . 13. Acceptance of prize constitutes winner’s permission for the Chickasaw Nation to use his/her likeness or name for publicity or promotional uses without compensation or notice. Winner must agree to sign a publicity release form before prize will be released. 14. Any situation or dispute not covered by these Official Rules will be resolved by the Chickasaw Nation in a manner deemed by the Chickasaw Nation to be the fairest to all concerned. Any such decision shall be final and binding on all Patrons. In addition, the Chickasaw Nation reserves the right to void any entry, and/or change, cancel or modify this promotion at any time without notice. Upon any prize dispute resulting from game play, participants may file a Prize Claim with the Chickasaw Nation, Office of the Gaming Commissioner.

2 15. Participation in this promotion is an agreement to abide by these Official Rules. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the promotion and a forfeiture of any prizes. 16. Participation in this promotion and/or tournament further constitutes the affirmative consent of each Patron to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Chickasaw Nation, its regulatory bodies and courts without limit to time or event, which shall govern this promotion.

3 Adventure Road New Member May 1-September 9, 2017 Rules and Regulations

A. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

1. The “Adventure Road New Member” promotional period begins Monday, May 1st, 2017 at 10:30am and concludes Saturday, September 9th, 2017 at 11:59pm.

B. HOW TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR DRAWINGS 1. Patrons must NOT be a Club Remington Member prior to enrolling for their promotional offer. 2. Patrons must visit www.adventureroad.com and follow promotional link to redeem their offer code. 3. Patrons must visit Remington Park any time between the aforementioned promotional period and inquire about the Adventure Road New Member promotion. - Patrons must have their unique offer code with them.

C. DIRECTIONS FOR ENTRERING DRAWING AT REMINGTON PARK

1. Upon completion of receiving the unique promotional code, patrons must visit Club Remington and present their code. 2. Patrons must sign up for a Club Remington Membership. Club Remington Membership is free. 3. Patrons will be eligible to receive one (1) free entry into the “Adventure Road New member” promotion at initial sign up. Patrons will also receive one (1) additional entry for providing a valid email address. 4. Patrons will receive one (1) entry for every five (5) points earned on their new Club Remington Card throughout the promotional period. Partial entries will not carry over once the drawings begin. 5. Every Saturday throughout the promotion, patrons will receive two (2) entries for every five (5) points earned on their Club Remington Card. 6. On Saturday, September 9th, 2017, drawings will be held from 7:00 PM until 11:45PM and a total of nineteen (19) winners will be awarded.

4 D. PRIZES

1. Cash prizes will be awarded between $1,000 (One Thousand Dollars and No/Cents) and $10,000 (Ten Thousand Dollars and No/Cents). 2. At approximately 11:59 PM on September 9th, one (1) grand prize winner will be awarded $25,000 (Twenty Five Thousand Dollars and No/Cents).

E. THE FOLLOWING WILL RENDER A GUEST’S ENTRY/ENTRIES VOID AND INELGIBLE

1. Seeding the gaming floor with multiple players’ cards of the same name. 2. Any other manipulation of the promotion as deemed a violation by a marketing representative.

F. CLAIMING OF PRIZES

1. Winners will be contacted by a Remington Park Marketing representative via phone and/or email address. 2. Winners must be a Club Remington Club card member. In order to receive prize the winner must present their personalized Club Remington Club card and a photo ID. Membership to the Club Remington Club is free. 3. Prize is non-transferable.

G. GENERAL RULES

1. Each prize winner MUST be present at the time of drawing. 2. Remington Park Racing ♦ Casino is not responsible for incorrect information. 3. Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to participate in promotion. 4. Acceptance of prize constitutes winner’s permission to use his/her likeness or name for Remington Park Racing ♦ Casino’s publicity or promotional uses without compensation. 5. Any dispute or situation not covered by the above rules will be resolved by the Remington Park Racing ♦ Casino Management in a manner deemed by them the fairest to all concerned. 6. Remington Park Racing ♦ Casino may disqualify any person for any prize based upon fraud, dishonesty, violation of promotional rules, and other misconduct. All such incidents will be reported to the Horse Racing Commission.

Promotion is subject to all applicable federal or state rules and regulations including gaming, and all aspects of the promotion are subject to approval of the appropriate regulatory authorities and is void where prohibited. 8. Winners are responsible for any and all taxes (income), licenses, registrations, and other government imposed fees. 9. Odds of winning depend on number of entries. 10. Notice of rule changes sufficient if posted at Remington Park Racing ♦ Casino. 11. Copies of these rules available at Remington Park Racing ♦ Casino Club Remington. 12. Participants must be legally entitled to be on the Remington Park Racing ♦ Casino property in order to participate in this promotion. Any person who is on the State’s exclusion list, who has been excluded from the Casino for any other reason or who is not of legal gambling age is ineligible for this promotion. In the event an ineligible person should win a prize, their entry shall be deemed null and void and another winner will be selected. 13. Employees of Remington Park Racing ♦ Casino, its parent, its affiliates and subsidiaries and immediate family members, are not eligible to participate. Immediate Family is defined as: mother, father, spouse, children, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, mother-in-law, father-in-law, grandmother, grandfather, grandchildren and any relative or other person residing in the employee’s place of residence. 14. Remington Park Racing ♦ Casino reserves the right to change or amend this promotion at any time.
