Government College University Faisalabad, Pakistan Abstract—Sindh is our second largest populated province. Historical Populations Growth of Sindh It has a great role in culture and economy of Pakistan. Karachi the largest city of Pakistan in terms of population Census Year Total Population Urban Population also has a unique impact in development of Pakistan. Now 1951 6,047,748 29.23% according to the current census of 2017 Sindh is again 1961 8,367,065 37.85% standing on second position. Karachi is still on top of the list in Pakistan’s ten most populated cities. Population of 1972 14,155,909 40.44% Karachi has not grown on an expected rate. But it was due 1981 19,028,666 43.31% to many reasons like bad law and order situation, miss management of the Karachi and use of contraceptive 1998 29,991,161 48.75% measures. Data were collected from 200 respondents from Ghotki and their vicinity. ResearchStudy reveals that male child preference; forced marriages in early age, illiteracy and women dependency on men are key factors of inequity on the basis of gender.Apart from that honor killing is also an evil custom victimizing the ladies since long and even increasing in the area despite the fact that literacy rate has been improved and media has played vital role for public awareness to address the issue. It was also observed that female are being dealt as slaves and male are wasting their time in unhealthy social activities in local hotels without consideration of economic responsibilities of family. Key Words: Impact, Gender,In equalities, Women Violence. Introduction Gender imbalance implies unequal treatment with sexual orientations taking into account natural and physiological qualities. Sex disparity may allude to prevalence of man over his partner lady. This is approach to consider lady sub-par compared to man. -

Directorate of Urban Policy & Strategic Planning, Planning & Development Department, Government of Sindh Educational and Cultural Zone (Priority Phase – I) Subproject Karachi Neighborhood Improvement Project (P161980) Environmental and Social Management Plan (ESMP) October 2017 Environmental and Social Management Plan Final Report Executive Summary Government of Sindh with the support of World Bank is planning to implement “Karachi Neighborhood Improvement Project” (hereinafter referred to as KNIP). This project aims to enhance public spaces in targeted neighborhoods of Karachi, and improve the city’s capacity to provide selected administrative services. Under KNIP, the Priority Phase – I subproject is Educational and Cultural Zone (hereinafter referred to as “Subproject”). The objective of this subproject is to improve mobility and quality of life for local residents and provide quality public spaces to meet citizen’s needs. The Educational and Cultural Zone (Priority Phase – I) Subproject ESMP Report is being submitted to Directorate of Urban Policy & Strategic Planning, Planning & Development Department, Government of Sindh in fulfillment of the conditions of deliverables as stated in the TORs. Overview the Sub-project Educational and Cultural Zone (Priority Phase – I) Subproject forms a triangle bound by three major roads i.e. Strachan Road, Dr. Ziauddin Ahmed Road and M.R. Kayani Road. Total length of subproject roads is estimated as 2.5 km which also forms subproject boundary. ES1: Educational and Cultural Zone (Priority Phase – I) Subproject The following interventions are proposed in the subproject area: three major roads will be rehabilitated and repaved and two of them (Strachan and Dr Ziauddin Road) will be made one way with carriageway width of 36ft. -

Prof. Dr. Feroz Memon, Associate Dean, Seminar and Research Workshops Faculty of Medical Sciences, Isra 03 University, was the chief guest of this on World Health Day occasion, and he appreciated students Department of Community Medicine, Isra April 25, 2018. The theme of the World by expressing his views regarding the University, Hyderabad organized a three-day Health Day was Universal Health Coverage: competition. Dr. Memon further said academic, research and awareness event, Everyone, everywhere under the slogan of that such activities are very important to started from April 23, 2018 and continued till Health for All.
