Moreover, the property is Community Workshop Input from the Thought Wall and Open-Ended Response Sheet June 9, 10 and 11, 2014 Date Comment Comp Plan Comp Plan Comp Plan Comment Comment Topic #1 Topic #2 Topic #3 Source Type currently the venue for the JCC "DirtDiggers" program, Christopher Newport University field schools, and Elder hostel (e.g. ages c. 8 - 80). The former Vermillion House (c. 1852) is an excellent candidate for adoptive reuse (modern office space or rental space) eligable for historic tax credits. Finally, a network of already built trail systems exist in the environs: the Virginia Capital Trail and the Greensprings Trails, both popular and well used. All these existing and potential amenities should be connected, enhanced, and protected for the benifit of James City County citizens. 6/11/2014 Safety improvements are needed for James River Transportation Land use Community Response Elementary School--walking, crossing, etc. Workshop Sheet 6/11/2014 We moved to James City County because it had rural Land use Transportation Community Response areas and was not all developed.
