The commission under art. 1.2.: - is collectable in case of cash deposit by a non-account holder in an account in the Bank of another individual or legal entity (incl. State Budget) and it is determined by the currency of the deposited amount, regardless the account currency. - is not collected in case of a family relationship (father, mother, son, daughter, grandmother, grandfather, sister, brother, grandchildren, husband, wife), verified by declaration. - is not applicable for local transfers of cash deposited funds to State Budget by multi-row payment order.
