DESIGN & PLANNING With the in depth experience of our Designers we are able to Design any type of Catering Facility. We consult with all our clients on an individual basis then integrate their ideas into a visualized plan using Computer Aided Design (Auto C.A.D.) facilities. Once customers' requirements have been identified we appoint one of our Designers to work with them exclusively. We then prepare Detailed Lay-Outs, discuss Equipment Specifications (Using our Extensive Roster of Equipment Suppliers) and Budgets and only after they are satisfied will we give our final proposal.

ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT
This Department is responsible for the execution of the Installation and Commissioning and is headed by an Experienced Project Manager assisted by a crew of Qualified Site Engineers and Technicians. The Engineering Department prepares the Electro-Mechanical Facilities Drawings using Computer Aided Design (Auto C.A.D.) including Electrical, Gas and Steam Distribution Systems and Kitchen Exhaust Systems. This department is fully capable of executing a Turn-Key Project of any size.
SALES DEPARTMENT
Our Experienced Sales Personnel offer a Free Planning & Consultancy Service with a comprehensive and thorough analysis of the Customer's requirements in all aspects of Commercial Kitchens, Bakeries, Refrigeration and Laundry Equipment. They provide the latest and most appropriate Design for New or Existing Catering Facilities. They will recommend Equipment with the greatest possible efficiency and economy since they are up-to-date with the latest Equipment & Catering Trends abroad and in Kuwait.
MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT
Our After-Sales Maintenance Department will ensure that breakdowns are dealt with promptly and efficiently. To further our commitment to Customer Satisfaction six years ago we implemented a 24 Hour Refrigeration Call-Out System to ensure our customers Food Stuffs did not spoil in their Refrigeration Units after Office Hours.
STAINLESS STEEL CUSTOM FABRICATION
Our Custom Fabrication Facility in Kuwait is Equipped with Up-to-Date Machinery and use NSF approved Accessories and Fittings for the items Manufactured. We are able to Custom make from Food Quality AISI 304 18-8 Stainless Steel Sheets and Tubes in varying thickness from 0.6 mm up to 2.5 mm, a full range of items such as: Exhaust Hoods with ventilation systems, Preparation Tables, cooking application, cold storage equipments, warmer & service trolley , Wall & Floor Cupboards, Floor Trenches and many other items to fit Customers exact requirements. Our Factory is located at the Shuwaikh Industrial Area.
