Fonsanges Au Plus Près De La Nature Panoram@ Le Mag du CCE Air France Iran La Perse éternelle, nouvel eldorado ? Fonsanges Au plus près de la nature Juin #5 2016 Edito a dernière fois que nous vous avons directement interpellé re- monte à la période où le CCE était au bord du dépôt de bilan, en avril 2013. Depuis, beaucoup de travail a été effectué par les deux Bureaux successifs. A l’aube de se moderniser avec la mise en place de Panoram@ Vacances LFamilles, le CCE a assaini sa situation financière avec un redressement spectaculaire puisque le résultat d’exploitation est positif de 384 700 € pour l’année 2015. De plus, les résultats de satisfaction des salariés d’Air France vis-à-vis du CCE sont au rendez-vous. Dans le cadre du plan de redressement du CCE déposé au Tribunal de Grande Instance de Bobigny, nous avions anticipé une baisse de subvention de l’entreprise de l’ordre de 750 000 €. Cette baisse, prévue et donc intégrée à notre budget 2016, résulte de la suppression des effectifs liée aux PDV s successifs d’Air France. L’annonce du nouveau PDV, ouvert à compter du mois d’août 2016, a pour Inscription conséquence directe une baisse de 750 000 € supplémentaire pour le ONLINE CCE. Le budget du CCE se retrouverait amputé d’environ 1,5 M€ pour l’année 2016. Sommaire Cette situation a été exposée aux Secrétaires des différents CE dès le mois VACANCES FAMILLES 4 Actualités de mars. Le Bureau du CCE a proposé de supporter la moitié de cette baisse, & arbre de NOël soit 750 000 € et a demandé aux Secrétaires de CE de prendre à leur charge l’autre moitié. Aujourd’hui cette demande se heurte au refus de certains. 6 Vu du CCE : Arbre de Noël Cette décision reviendrait à faire supporter au seul CCE la baisse de “La différence... la plus belle richesse 1,5 M€ de son budget. Persian Garden is in a great harmony with its natural and cultural surroundings and cannot be identified segregated from Iran’s characteristics and peoples’ culture and belief. Cultural Landscape Association (CLA) is planning to organize a specialized tour and workshop called “Taste Paradise” in an international level for the experts, in order to get a better global recognition for Persian Garden and the elite to know it further.

ABSTRACT: The development of civil society in Iran and the surrounding region contributed to the creation of the first bridge structures. The first bridges built in this region, around three to four millennia ago, were strongly influenced by the Mesopotamian, and later Persian cul- ture. With the shifting political climate in Iran, the forms and construction techniques used for bridge structures have developed, shifting the focus from Persian architecture and tech- nology before the 20th, century to Western architecture and technology in the 21st century. However, after the 1979 Islamic revolution in Iran, there has been a resurgence of Persian style forms and architecture in bridge structures. This paper looks at how politics, conflict and globalization has influenced the aesthetical forms of bridges built in Iran throughout its history and to the present day. 1 INTRODUCTION 1.1 Background After the creation of civilized societies in the middle east, humans began to develop tools and techniques to improve their daily lives. One of the greatest challenges for these early societies was creating a safe and efficient transportation system between their farm lands and their homes. The need to safely cross a river led to the development of the first man-made bridges, which re- lied on the use of arches. The first arch structure was constructed around 2000 BC in Ancient Mesopotamia, located in present day Iraq, Iran, Syria and Turkey (Brown 2005). Following this, the arch was adapted for use over rivers throughout the region, providing a safe passage over water.

Design 2009-2010 Completed 2014 Tabiat Pedestrian Bridge Tehran, Iran I. Introduction Tabiat Bridge is considered today to be one the strategic landmarks in the city of Tehran. It is a 270-metre- long pedestrian bridge, spanning a valley and connecting two public parks on each side of the Modarres Highway, one of the major highways in the city. Designed with the idea to become a “place to stay” rather than “to pass”, the Bridge stands out as an innovative contemporary architectural and engineering design in a most strategic location. This location enables the passer-by to get out of the nightmare of the traffic jam that is Tehran to overlook the whole city, with its spectacular background scene of the Alborz Mountains. With its sense of complexity and serendipity, the Bridge generates different experiences in day- and night-time for users who experience it as a revolutionary masterpiece in a time of political and economic crisis. Deriving its meaning from its name Tabiat (originally an Arabic word, tabi’a, that means nature in the Farsi language), the Bridge engenders an unprecedented revolution in how bridges can be designed for empowering the pedestrian movement and not that of vehicles.
