Frei Für Den Saisonauftakt in Hockenheim!

Class Register Touring Car School First Grade
Class Register Touring Car School First Grade Class of: 1998–2014 Volkswagen Motorsport GmbH, Ikarusallee 7a, D-30179 Hannover Preface 03 Dear parents, touring car students and motorsport friends! he season finale of the 2014 Volkswagen Scirocco R-Cup sees us send our very last group of graduates into the world of motorsport on the back of an outstanding education. Volkswagen’s touring car school is closing, Tand can look back on some exciting, successful, and sometimes wild years with the Lupo, Polo and Scirocco Cup. And so the final chapter is added to the class register, and it is time to hand it over to you. It is full of summa cum laudae performances. It is full of fantastic memories and “Oh yes, you remember when …” experiences. It is full of stories and anecdotes. And here and there you will also find the odd reprimand, a reference to one touring car student or another crossing the line. Whatever happens, every line is worth reading. We have rummaged through the archives and dug out the remarkable, the curious, and the stories worth telling, and have put them together for you on the following pages. The class register for the touring car school is being closed once and for all. Elsewhere, another book is being opened for a completely new motorsport story, and is waiting for the first page to be filled with others’ experiences. From 2015, the Audi brand will continue the tradition of one-make touring car cups within the Volkswagen Group, and will host a new series for motorsport juniors in the form of the TT Cup. -

The world leader in clinical information management for patients born with con- genital heart disease. CardioAccess has proudly provided cardiac clinical out- comes software to Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital for more than 20 years Page Obenshain, Sebastin Bourdais, Patrick Long and Dave Bassett Sebastien Bourdais’ Comments About the 9th Annual Kart 4 Kids Pro-Am Kart Race Following two years of very impressive growth for Kart4Kids, I can only be thankful to our amazing group of volunteers and sponsors. Once again, the response from the racing community allows us to showcase some awesome racing with some of the biggest names from the IndyCar, Prototype and GT series, all to help the kids at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital. A massive thank you to everyone at Andersen Racepark and Green Savoree Racing Promotions, without their support, none of this would be possible! Now, enough words. Let’s have some fun and raise some money. Thank You, Patrick Long I first met Patrick at our 48 Hours event in Sebring. He was a red headed young kid that everyone said to watch as he was destined to be a great Porsche driver. He soon became the only American Porsche Works driver ever. As time went on he and I ran into each other at Daytona, 48 Hours and Sebring and got to know each other. When the idea was hatched for Kart 4 Kids, I called him and asked for his help. The event was to be in the memory of Dan Wheldon and Patrick’s reply was an immediate yes, he explained that the last time he raced against Dan was in karts. -
00:01 It´S the Next Round in the Title Race. Fort He Second Time This Year the Juniors Are Competing in the Audi Sport TT Cup at the Nürbrugring
News EN Audi Sport TT Cup – Nürburgring, September 08th – 10th 2017 00:01 It´s the next round in the title race. Fort he second time this year the juniors are competing in the Audi Sport TT Cup at the Nürbrugring. 00:17 From world champions to a YouTube star: Three prominent guest driver´s will enrich the grid at the fifth round of the 2017 Audi Sport TT Cup. Online video producer Felix von der Laden, aviation stunt pilot Matthias Dolderer and motorcycle pro Marco Melandri will compete at the Nürburgring. 00:31 O-Ton Marco Melandri (English) 00:41 And in race number 1 the appealed battles became his downfall. The contact with Milan Dontje throws Melandri far back, at the end he claims 10th position. 00:50 Even worse it runs for Philip Ellis. At rain conditions, Ellis must retire after an accident with Gosia Rdest in lap number four. No points and loosing his convenient lead in the championship. Because Mikel Azcona wins race one and lower the gap to only seven points. 01:11 A premiere at the Audi Sport TT Cup celebrates Fabian Vettel. The brother of four times Formula 1 world champion Sebastian takes P2 and claims for the first time the podium. 01:20 O-Ton Fabian Vettel (English) 01:36 In the second race Marco Melandri takes the centre of attention again. After a crash with Vivien Keszthelyi both of them have to retire the race. 01:49 The dominating man of the weekend remain Mikel Azcona. The Spain wins also the second race of the weekend.
