Stickley residing at 123 Chilcombe Way, Lower , Reading, RG6 3DD dated and signed 14th August 2019 who confirmed she has lived in the adjoining property since 1998. • It is evidenced that the breach of planning control has been occurring for a period in excess of 10 years, therefore this application is being submitted to apply for a Certificate of Existing Use to regularise the breach.

• Current owners 124 Chilcombe Way, Lower Early, Reading. RG6 3DD, Mr & Mrs Evans purchased Property in July 2015 over 4 years ago and confirm no modification has been made by them to the internal garage.

It clearly states mid-terrace home with part converted integral garage to provide dining room. This shows the garage conversion was in existence over 13 years ago.

It clearly states in the listing the property comprises of a 20ft lounge with wood laminate flooring, kitchen/diner which has been extended into the garage, fitted bathroom and driveway parking. The garage conversation was in existence over 11 years ago.

Stickley resident and neighbour residing at 123 Chilcombe Way, , Reading, RG6 3DD dated and signed 14th August 2019 has confirmed she has lived in the adjoining property since 1998. To the best of my knowledge the garage conversion/modification at 124 Chilcombe Way, was already in place when I moved into my property, or at the least completed over 15 years ago. • The property was listed in September 2014 marketed by WhiteKnights - Lower Earley 5 Chalfont Centre, Lower Earley, Reading, RG6 5SY please review the Achieved advert, this clearly shows the garage conversion over 5 years ago.

The Current owners have made no alterations to the current Garage as alleged and have invited planners to view the property on multiple occasions as part of a separate approved extension and none of which advised on the alleged breach of the existing garage conversion.
