Visit of the Victorinox Museum and the Victorinox Shop and short stroll along the lakeside.

Brunnen lies on the shore of the Vierwaldstättersee () on its eastern branch, the Urnersee (Lake Uri). Brunnen is in the middle of country, nestling between Urmiberg and Stoos-Fronalpstock and opposite the Rütli Meadow (birthplace of Switzerland). Brunnen was popular with royalty in the 19th century: King Ludwig II of Bavaria visited in 1865. He liked to be rowed out to the middle of the lake at midnight to listen to nocturnal alphorn playing.

In Brunnen hikers can take the «Weg der Schweiz» (The Swiss Path), a trail circuiting the Urnersee. This joint project of the Swiss cantons begins at the Rütli Meadow, birthplace of the Swiss Confederation, and ends in Brunnen at a square dedicated to the Swiss living abroad.

The Stoos railways connect to the car-free mountain village Stoos – while setting a world record. The funicular railway from Schwyz to Stoos is the steepest in the world. A technical wonder, which makes the trip a one-of-a-kind experience. Once you reach Stoos, a paradise of stunning

landscapes and holiday leisure awaits guests in summer and winter. The views of Lake Lucerne and the Central Swiss mountains from the Fronalpstock are unique.

and trekking tours through the wild Muotatal landscape. Around 30 Siberian huskies live on the premises.

The region is home to unique natural treasures such as the Hölloch cave system, the virgin spruce forest Bödmeren and the karst/limestone area Silberen. Geographically Muotathal belongs to the ten largest municipalities of Switzerland in terms of area. Most of the 3,543 residents live in the village. There are quiet unpopulated landscapes extending around the village with hiking trails and bike routes – amidst Alpine fields, forests, waterfalls, karst/limestone areas and mountains. The wild waters of the are also a dominant feature of the landscape.

Experience an eventful husky-powered scooter ride with a special four-legged friend full of energy and power away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. You will visit the beautifully built husky enclosures and get to know the loveable sled dogs from up close. Your musher will tell you a lot of interesting facts about caring, keeping and working with sled dogs. Equipped with a special scooter you will go on an adventurous ride in the Muotathal mountain world.

4.15 pm Return to Lucerne by bus
