Eine spezifische Überprüfung der einzelnen Areale in der "Sonderbauzo- ne Tourismus" betreffend aktueller und künftiger Nutzung erfolgte dabei noch nicht abschlies- send. Der Gemeinderat hat dazu dem Einwohnerrat die Erarbeitung eines Tourismuskonzeptes in Aussicht gestellt. Zwecks Analyse und Potenzialabschätzung wurde bereits während der laufenden Totalrevision der Ortsplanung die Hochschule Luzern, Institut für Tourismusentwicklung ITW, beauftragt, ent- sprechende Untersuchungen anzustellen. Der daraus resultierende Bericht wurde Ihnen mit Schreiben vom 12. Mai 2010 zur Kenntnisnahme zugestellt.
