April 28, 2016 Volume XXII, Hawk Issue 14 Happenings A Publication of Hamburg Area High School, Windsor Street, Hamburg, PA 19526 Experiencing May Day Sage Bausher – 10 Every year, Hamburg Area High School puts aside a day in late May where the students can have a day of fun and games called May Day. This year, it is taking place on May 26. The day starts out with the talent show in the auditorium where the students can watch their fellow peers show off their talents such as singing or dancing. After that, the students go outside where there are club stands featuring food and drinks or games. This year’s theme is Disney, so the stands will incorporate something related to that. There is also the annual volleyball tournament, and this year will also have a basketball, soccer and kickball tournament as well.
