GIVEAWAY TERMS & CONDITIONS By participating in the Virginia529 Smart Savers Ticket Giveaway, each participant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts the following Virginia529 Smart Savers Minor League Baseball Ticket Giveaway Terms & Conditions which are final and binding in all matters related to the Virginia529 Smart Savers Minor League Baseball Ticket Giveaway: The term of the Virginia529 Smart Savers Minor League Baseball Ticket Giveaway is July 9, 2021 through September 20, 2021 (the Term). In order to receive the Minor League Baseball (MiLB) tickets you must be a Virginia529 College Savings PlanSM (Virginia529SM) Smart Saver during the Term. You certify that you understand you must have a Virginia529 Smart Savers card in order to receive complimentary tickets for each designated Smart Savers game for the MiLB 2021 season (Giveaway). All MiLB 2021 season games take place at the designated team’s baseball stadium (, Haley Toyota Field at , 1008 Texas Street, Salem, VA 24153; Richmond Flying Squirrels, The Diamond, 3001 N. Arthur Ashe Blvd., Richmond, VA 23230; and , , 150 Park Avenue, Norfolk, VA 23510). The following MiLB 2021 season games are eligible for the Giveaway subject to the specified ticket limits: Salem Red Sox – All Friday night Home Games from July 16, 2021 through the end of the regular MiLB season limited to 2 tickets per Smart Saver (each Giveaway ticket valued at $11) Richmond Flying Squirrels – All Friday night Home Games from July 16, 2021 through the end of the regular MiLB season limited to 2 tickets per Smart Saver (each Giveaway ticket valued at $11) Norfolk Tides – All Friday night Home Games from July 9, 2021 through the end of the regular MiLB season limited to 2 tickets per Smart Saver (each Giveaway ticket valued at $15)

I understand that I must be 18 years old or older on the date of this Giveaway in order to accept the Giveaway. I understand that I must be a Virginia529 Smart Saver, and I must have a Smart Saver card to accept the Giveaway. Giveaway ticket limits designated above per game per Virgnia529 Smart Saver, while supplies last. A limited amount of Smart Savers tickets are available at each eligible MiLB Smart Savers game. The Giveaway is available for pick up on the day of the MiLB game at the applicable MiLB team ticket office at will call. Only the Virginia529 account owner (Smart Saver) may pick up the Giveaway, and a valid government issued ID and your Virginia529 Smart Savers card are required to pick up the Giveaway. For Salem Red Sox games Smart Savers can obtain the Giveaway in person either at the main office (in advance of Giveaway game day) or at the box office (prior to entering the Giveaway game) with gates opening one hour prior to the start of all Giveaway games (unless otherwise noted). For Richmond Flying Squirrels games Smart Savers can obtain the Giveaway in person at the box office or ticket booths the night of the Giveaway games with gates open one hour prior to the start of all Giveaway games (unless otherwise noted). For Norfolk Tides games Smart Savers can obtain the Giveaway in person at any of the Harbor Park Box Offices the day of the Giveaway with gates open sixty-five minutes prior to the start of all Giveaway games (unless otherwise noted). Virginia529 is not responsible or liable for delivery of Giveaway and is not responsible or liable for the availability of the Giveaway. Use of Giveaway is subject to terms and conditions promulgated by the applicable MiLB team. The Giveaway may not be redeemed for cash and no exchanges or substitutions are permitted. By participating in the Giveaway I certify that I have read and fully understood all terms and conditions of the Virginia529 Smart Savers Minor League Baseball Ticket Giveaway and agree to them. I certify that I meet all conditions of the Giveaway, and I am 18 years or older on the date of this Giveaway. Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.
