Pre application advice: Pre planning advice was discussed for condition 20 during a meeting on Monday the 25th March 2019 with planning Officer John Keeley at the Peak Planning office Aldern House, Baslow Road, Bakewell, Derbyshire, DE45 1AE The meeting was, followed up with several phone calls and e-mails between 01/04/2019 and 23/04/2019 when we discussed model types, suppliers and sizes. 5. Description of proposal: Office Code No. NP/B/0318/0195 Date received 08 March 2018 Proposal: Proposed change of use from Public House to B & B Guest House within part of the Main building, with the remainder being landlord residential accommodation. Also including additional buildings within the grounds to house a cafe, shower block, stables (increased in size and repositioned from previous permission), garage and 4no. camping pods (including one accessible pod). Provision is being allowed for 2 no. campervan 'hook-up' points and 12 no. tent pitches. Date of Decision: 17th October 2018 Condition 20. Notwithstanding what is shown on the approved plans the proposed rooflights shall be reduced in size and be of a conservation model type. Prior to the installation of any rooflights, full details of their precise design including their size, location and external finish shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the National Park Authority. The development shall thereafter be carried out in accordance with the approved details and shall be permanently so maintained. Development due to start 30th April 2019 6.
