True North Sports + Entertainment is looking for a customer focused & highly motivated individual to join our team. The Box Office Daytime Supervisor provides a Superior Patron Experience to all customers at the Box Office. What your responsibilities will be: • Provide exceptional customer service to all Jets, Moose, Bell MTS Place, and Burton Cummings Theatre patrons, responding to both in-person and online customer inquiries. • Ensure account holders have a understanding of the Mobile Ticketing System, and that all amenities of the program are thoroughly and effectively communicated. • Ensure all information is accurate, current, and well-documented for all customer account correspondence and activities in CRM database. • Assist with night-of-event set up, prepare workstations, organize and distribute "will-call" tickets. • Conduct in-person ticket sales at box office locations across multiple ticketing software platforms. • Balance and account for cash and credit card receipts from sales transactions for daily reconciliations and deposits.

What we need from you: • Demonstrated experience providing superior customer service and proactively anticipating problems and/or issues. • Excellent attention to detail. • Sound ability to communicate in verbal and written form. • Proven time management and organizational skills. • Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in difficult situations. • Daytime availability, with potential for working evenings, weekends, and holidays on an as-needed basis. • Strong computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office. • Highly motivated and proactive self-starter.
