Excludes firebox, / refrigerant leakseal, & .  Priority service- members will get priority service/scheduling.  We will visually inspect your water heater/dryer vent. Water heaters will be flushed (if applicable) depending on existing setup and conditions.  Dryer vent will be cleaned if accessible for service technicians and needed. o NOTE: limited to one dryer and stackables NOT included in plan.
