Report Highlighting Climate Change Indicators On 02 August 2016, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) released "Climate Change Indicators in the United States 2016 Fourth Edition." The report is intended to assist with analyzing environmental quality trends, provide information about the science and impacts of climate change, and help inform decision-making. A total of 37 indicators, including sea level, droughts, and , are used to highlight observed changes in the Earth's climate system. The indicators are based on data from governmental and nongovernmental organizations and international institutions. Additional information is available through EPA's website.

FEMP Sustainable Acquisitions Training Course The Federal Energy Management Program (FEMP), in partnership with the Whole Building Design Guide Program, is offering an on-demand training course, FEMP44 Sustainable Acquisitions for Federal Agencies. The course offers an overview of processes, tools for procuring sustainable

2016 GreenGov Symposium The White House Council on Environmental Quality will host the 2016 GreenGov Symposium on 08 September 2016 in Washington, D.C. The symposium will bring together government officials and other federal sustainability stakeholders to discuss progress toward the goals set forth in Executive Order 13693, "Planning for Federal Sustainability in the Next Decade." Topics include:  Sustainable supply chain  Greener fleets  Waste and water reduction  Energy efficiency  Renewable energy The Symposium will also be available via online live streaming.

2016 AWRA Water Resources Conference From 13 through 17 November 2016, the American Water Resources Association (AWRA) will host the 2016 Water Resources Conference in Orlando, Florida.
