Along the way, Archer is guided by visions of Ivar, whom he first mistakenly believes is God or an agent of Heaven. I felt like the art in this book was a step up over the previous volume. Adding Gilad was a nice Archer & Armstrong: Book 2 in world building but I wish there were more quiet moments.
