If you’ve read any of my other reviews, you know that I’m into supernatural stuff. Books, TV shows and movies with vampires, werewolves and witches are al- ways among my favorite forms of entertainment. One TV franchise that fits this pattern is The Vam- pire Diaries. The Vampire Dia- ries premiered on September 10, 2009. The success of the show led to a spinoff show, The Originals, which premiered October 3, 2013. More recently, a second spinoff se- ries, Legacies, premiered on Octo- ber 25, 2018. All three shows were produced by Julie Plec and Kevin Williamson for The CW network. I highly recommend this collection of shows for their great plots, in- teresting characters and inventive mythology. The Vampire Diaries starts in a town called Mystic Falls.
