He has been Vice-Chancellor of Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), Professor of Eminence and Founder Director of National Institute of Plant Genome Research (2002-2008). Professor Asis Datta has done pioneering work in the field of molecular biology. His individual and group achievements in the field of molecular biology and genetic engineering have been spectacular and have secured for him a unique position in several areas of frontier research. Professor Datta is known for his work on the pathogenic yeast, Candida albicans as a model system, which opened up the possibility of designing a therapy to combat candidiasis. In addition, the scientific/research contributions have been vital in areas of food/nutritional security and Use of genetically modified food. His group is known for pioneering contributions in molecular biology and identification and manipulation of novel genes leading to the production of transgenics of high societal value. Professor Asis Datta has researched and taught at many internationally respected institutions. He has been making contributions in basic and applied Biochemistry and Molecular Biology for more than three decades with several publications in international journals and with Indian and US patents. -

Most of the works use the popular song [Cut Indigo Flower] song card that prevailed in the north in the late Ming and early Qing Dynasty, which is cut the relationship between indigo]. "Same ancestor" refers to the same family in general. Mr. Feng Guangyu first put forward the academic view of "song ancestor" in the book "Chinese Folk Songs" published in 1998. Earlier, Mr. Yang Yinliu's "Ancient Chinese Music History Draft" mentioned the "variable song" assertion. In the 1981 edition of the "Chinese Music" Supplement, the musicologist Mr. Xu Rongkun's article "On the Evolution and Development of Folk Songs" states that "In the process of chanting, folk songs are constantly evolving and developing because they are often sharpened by the masses. The same folk song often results in multiple similar forms ... ", all of which are based on the general conclusion of" variable song ". In the course of investigating efficacy compounds to treat diarrhea using a mouse isolated intestine tissue model, we found 70% EtOH extract of G. acuta whole plants had an inhibitory effect on intestine contraction tension. Here, nineteen constituents, including five new compounds, named as gentiiridosides A (1), B (2), gentilignanoside A (3), (1R)-2,2,3-trimethyl-4- hydroxymethylcyclopent-3-ene-1-methyl-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (4), and (3Z)-3-hexene- 1,5-diol 1-O-α-L-arabinopyranosyl(1!6)-β-D-glucopyranoside (5) were obtained from it. -

Based on the transitional zones of macro element change, we can outline the 9 geochemical tectonic framework of China, and draw the four horizontal, three vertical and one 10 shield, and basically correspond to the geophysical tectonic framework. Four horizontal is: the 11 variation line of Si-K-Na-Mg content in the Tianshan-Yinshan-Yanshan, K-Na content in the 12 Kunlun mountain –Qinling -Dabie mountain, Si-K-Na content in the Gangdise - 13 Nangqingtanggula, Al-K-Ca-Mg content in Nanling. Three vertical is: the variation line of Al-Fe 14 content in Zhang Guangcai ridge - Qianshan, Greater Hinggan Si-Ca-K-Na- Taihang mountains 15 Ca-Mg - Wuling mountain Ca-Mg content, Helan mountain - Minshan Ca content. Over the past year we have successfully handled the winter snow disaster in southern China and the Wenchuan earthquake in Sichuan Province.
