About the Caddie Program If you have a basic knowledge of golf, an ability to hustle, and learn, then Rich Harvest Farms would like to invite you to inquire about the caddie program.

What does a caddie do? A caddie is someone who assists golfers during their rounds. Responsibilities include carrying the golfer’s bag, pacing yardages, replacing divots, raking bunkers, attending the flagstick and more.

It’s a great summer job for young people. You spend the summer outdoors earning good money, and you get the opportunity to meet influential people and develop strong communication skills. You also can potentially qualify for a free college scholarship.

How do I learn more about college scholarships? The Evans Scholarship is a full tuition and housing scholarship for golf caddies offered by the Western Golf Association. To qualify for 2017 Centennial Western Junior 2015 Western Amateur an Evans Scholarship, you must have a good caddie record, good 2012 39th Captains Challenge grades, demonstrated financial need and outstanding character.
