Selecting the appropriate brief size ensures comfort, Brief sizing key leakage protection and dignity. Grid Size Waist Brief Color The brief sizing guide is to be used as a guideline only. Waist and/ Youth 20"–31" Green Small 20"–31" Peach or hip measurements should be taken to ensure proper sizing. Medium 32"–44" White Allowances must be made for gender and certain conditions such as Large 45"–58" Blue hernias, amputations, etc. Clinical assessment is recommended for X-Large 59"–64" Beige anyone over 250 lbs.
