 Data analysis - SPSS, Excel, R (beginners).  Assessment - Involved in a project for improving assessment, both oral and written exams, at the State University of Macedonia, Ss. Cyril and Methodius. - Created the mid-term and final term exams for Morphology, British and American Civilization as part of the Teaching Assistantship at the private University FON, Macedonia.  Organization and planning: - Planned and carried out part of a project to compile data on autism and informal learning as part of fun clubs for autistic children and teenagers - Devised private English lessons for a blind individual after an extensive investigation of the useful teaching approaches suitable for the blind. - Tailored English lessons and created own exercises for working with a dyslexic girl.  Teamwork: - Member of an autism-friendly team at Sunshine Club. Constantly learning from the manager and other volunteers by discussing relevant issues after every session. Learnt to work in and cope with stressful situations involving unpredictable behaviour from the children. - Involved in several informal project works to do with various presentations at university and at work.

 Creative: - Always supplemented the classes with a personal touch, be it visual aids, music, or own original activities. - Combined teaching classes with real life situations by taking students to book fairs, with a particular task to be accomplished; introducing authentic materials and native speakers in class, etc. - Organized several plays at the end of the school year, both for children and adults.
