TENDER NOTICE NO: COM/C &V/New Allotment/HWH/15 dt. 17.02.2016

1. Sealed tenders in two packet tendering system (Packet –A for Technical Bid and Packet – B for Financial Bid) are invited by Divisional Railway Manager (Commercial), Eastern Railway, Howrah, for and on behalf of President of India from food and catering service providers / Individuals for the award of License for “provision of catering services” under General Minor unit at “C” category stations over Howrah division of Eastern Railway, for a period of 05 (Five) years.

2. NAME OF WORK & LOCATION : Installation and operation of modular catering stall (tea stall ) measuring maximum size of 10 ft X 6 ft at station and providing catering services to passengers on fixed tariff on payment of licence fee to Railway at Agradwip, Ambikakalna, Bagnapara, Balagarh, Bansberia, Behula, Belerhat, Bhandartikuri, Dainhat, Dhatrigram, Dumurdaha, Garifa, Guptipara, Hooghlyghat, Jirat, Kalinagar, Khamargachi, Kuntighat, Laxkshipur, Patuli, Purbasthali, Samudragarh, Somrabazar, Tribeni, Baidyabati, Bally, Belur, Belurmath, Bhadreswar, Chandannagar, Chinsura, Hindmotor, Hooghly, Konnagar, Liluah, Mankundu, Rishra, Sheoraphuli, Srirampur, Uttarpara, Bahirkhand, Belmuri, Chandanpur, Gurap, Haripal, Hajigarh, Jougram, Jhapandanga, Madhusudanpur, Masagram, Nabagram, Pallaroad, Porabazar, Shibaichandi, Gokulnagar-Joypur, Kaikala, Loknath, Nalikul, Adisaptagram, Bagila, Bainchigram, Boinchi, Debipur, Gangpur, Khanyan, Memari, Mogra, Palsit, Pandooah, Rasulpur, Saktigarh, Simlagarh, Talandoo, Balarambati, Baruipara, Begampur, Belanagar, Dearah, Gobra, Janairoad, Kamarkundu, Mirzapur-Bankipur, Nasibpur and Katwa stations.

3. COST OF EACH TENDER FORM – Rs. 2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand) only.

4. TENDER FORM & DOCUMENTS CAN BE PURCHASED FROM THE office of Divisional Railway Manager (Commercial), Eastern Railway, Howrah, Rail Yatri Niwas (4 th floor), New Complex, Howrah – 711101 on any working day from 25-02-2016 to 28-03-2016 (11 hrs. to 17 hrs.) on submission of original Money Receipt obtainable from Misc. Cash Counter, Booking Office / Howrah (Old Complex) and can be downloaded from the official website www.easternrailway.gov.in and www.tendertimes.com . The downloaded tender form shall be considered valid only when the bidder submits a Demand Draft/Banker’s Cheque of any Nationalised Bank of India of Rs. 2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) ( non-refundable) drawn in favour of FA & CAO, E. Rly., Kolkata as cost of tender.

5. LAST DATE & TIME FOR SUBMISSION OF TENDER: Upto 13.00 hrs. of 29-03-2016.

6. OPENING OF TENDER (Packet – A): 29-03-2016 (at 15.00 hrs.)

8. Pre bid meeting: On 15-03-2016(at 15.00 hrs.).

9. The Vending contractor shall get police verification of person engaged at the vending stall by him for his present and permanent address. The Vending contractor will submit police verification report, age proof and 03 passport size photos of person engaged in vending stall - one for nodal senior subordinate for record, one for fixing of medical card and one on identity card.
