Would like to submit few lines that in the year 1991 my marriage was performed with V.Balaji and we blessed 6 daughter’s and one son. In the year 2015 my husband expired due to cancer. Further it is to submit that my 5th younger daughter by name V.Manisha age: 16 Yrs Occ: Studying in 9th class at Indrani Maha Vidhyala school Near Sona & Sona Hotel. On 02-03-2020 at 09:00 Hrs she went to school and retuned back home. When I questioned her “why she came back from home” she stated that due to pending of school fees, the principal send her back to home. As usual I went to my routine duty. After completion of work I came back to home at about 1230 Hrs and I found my daughter was not there in the house. Immediately I along with my family members searched for her at all possible places but in vain. Brief facts of the case are that complainant progeny having 6 Daughters and one son in that all were got their marriages, one younger daughter by name Pallapu Vijayalaxmi D/o Maruthi,age:18yrs staying in home working as a labor. On 02.03.2020 at about 1100 hours she went to bring Ration goods but till now she did not returned to home. Since then complainant and her family members searched for her daughter in all possible places but vain. Complainant suspect one person in her daughter missing, Vaddera Harish S/o Purushottam, residing at same colony. Hence she requested to take necessary action. While his wife also divorced with first husband. After that they enjoy conjugal life happily. On 02.03.2020 at evening 0700 PM, the complainant came from his field and he found his wife was disappear at home, then this is same asked to grandmother, while she replied that during the fair in their village, she went to temple at about evening 0630 PM. But his wife Mareddy Kavitha w/o Datthathreya reddy, Age: 27 Yrs, Caste; reddy, Occ: House wife, did not return to home still night at 2100 hours. Then he searched at surrounding temple areas and his relative houses. But in vain. At the time of missing, she wore red sari and jacket, height. 5 feet, Complexion: Normal. Hence he requested to trace out his wife and take legal action as per law.

On:01.03.2020 morning he along with his wife went for coolie and while his son went to School, his daughter Ketavath Saroja D/o Balu Naik, Age:21years, Caste:Lambada, Occ:house work only stay home, on the same day evening at about 6-30 P.M they returned from coolie and found his daughter missing and they searched and caused enquiries with his relatives but no clues. He further stated that he had shown suspicious against Jetavath Kumar s/o Kishan, Age:23years, R/o Ramannaguda Thanda H/o ChinnaElkicherla who might have took his daughter. Her features height about 4’ 10 feet, fair charm and round face wearing White Paijama and red coulur chunni. Hence the complainant requested for taking legal action. Facts of the case are that the complainant’s elder daughter/ missing woman Ebenezer Joswin Esabella, age 25 years was doing teacher job in St. Paul’s School, Kammaguda, but on 27-10-2019 the complainant’s daughter left their house by saying that she will be stay in any hostel at BN Reddy Nagar and doing teacher Job and also learn computer, thereafter she making phone calls to them rarely and she lastly made a phone call on 13-01-2020, since then no contact with her and the same time the school management informed to him that his daughter was not coming to their school and also her phone number coming switched off and also they searched about searched her, but in vain. Hence the complainant requested for necessary action.

Finally he requested to take necessary action.
