NORMAS ESPECÍFICAS I - CONDIÇÕES GERAIS Art. 1º - O Leilão Matutino de Potros/Coberturas Selecionadas e Especial de Treinamento do GP Brasil 2008, será realizado no dia 01 de Agosto de 2009, Sãbado, as 10:30 horas, no Tattersall do Jockey Club Brasileiro. Art. 2º - Todos os produtos entrarão em licitação sem preço. Art. 3º - A arrematação far-se-á pelo maior lance. Art. 4º - Os produtos a serem licitados estarão à disposição dos interessados a partir das 10:00 hs, do dia do leilão na Vila Tattersall ou antes nas cocheiras dos respectivos vendedores, informações na agência Pró-Turfe (11) 9977-2512 ou na ACPCCRJ (21) 2274-5299. Art. 5º - É facultado aos interessados fazer examinar por técnicos de sua confiança os produtos a serem licitados antes do Leilão, portanto são INACEITÁVEIS quaisquer reclamações posteriores. Art. 6º - O vendedor e as agências jamais poderão ser responsabilizados, em hipótese alguma ou por motivo nenhum, por qualquer alteração ocorrida no estado dos animais ou por risco de acidente no transporte de volta ou nos locais de permanência dos mesmos, que correrão por conta e risco exclusivo do comprador, após a arrematação. Art. 7º - Os animais após a arrematação voltarão para os seus locais de origem e deverão ser retirados até o dia 3 de Agosto de 2009, apenas os dias das despesas de trato a mais, correrá por conta dos arrematantes. Art. 8º - As vendas serão realizadas em parcelas, e os lances serão fixados pelo leiloeiro no início do pregão. Art. 9º - Foram dispensados os necessários cuidados para que o catálogo esteja correto, mas a Agência Pró- Turfe, os vendedores e o leiloeiro não respondem por erros ou omissões do mesmo. Eventuais correções feitas durante o Leilão prevalecerão sobre o catálogo. II - DOS COMPRADORES Art. 10º - O comprador terá que efetuar o acerto durante o Leilão, no próprio Tattersall ou no primeiro dia útil na Associação de Criadores do Rio de Janeiro, R. Jardim Botânico, 997A - RJ, e as condições de pagamento são: POTROS E COBERTURAS I - 15 parcelas mensais, sendo 1 de entrada no ato e as outras 14 (quatorze) parcelas vincendas a cada 30 dias sem juros, mais as taxas de praxe do Leilão. II - 12 parcelas mensais com 2,4% de desconto (dois vírgula quatro por cento) , sendo 1 de entrada no ato e outras 11 (onze) parcelas vincendas a cada 30 dias sem juros, mais as taxas de praxe do Leilão. III - 7 parcelas mensais com desconto 5,6 % (cinco vírgula seis por cento) , sendo a 1ª de entrada no ato e as outras 6 (seis) parcelas vincendas a cada 30 dias sem juros e sem correção, mais as taxas de praxe do Leilão. IV - à vista com 12% (doze por cento) de desconto, mais as taxas de praxe do Leilão. EM TREINAMENTO I - 12 parcelas mensais, sendo 1 de entrada no ato e outras 11 (onze) parcelas vincendas a cada 30 dias sem juros, mais as taxas de praxe do Leilão. II - 6 parcelas mensais, sendo a 1ª de entrada no ato e as outras 6 (seis) parcelas vincendas a cada 30 dias sem juros e sem correção, mais as taxas de praxe do Leilão. III - à vista, mais as taxas de praxe do Leilão. Com descontos a serem divulgados no dia do Leilão. Parágrafo 1º - Os animais arrematados por valor de parcela inferior ou igual a R$ 100,00 (cem reais) deverão ser pagos à vista tendo direito ao desconto do leilão. Parágrafo 2º - Os animais arrematados por valor de parcelas de R$ 110,00 a R$ 200,00, somente poderão ser financiados em até 4 parcelas tendo direito ao desconto de 3% . Parágrafo 3º - Os compradores que não estiverem cadastrados ou aqueles cujos cadastro não forem aprovados, terão que efetuar o pagamento à vista, tendo direito ao desconto. Art. 11º - Os compradores deverão pagar as seguintes taxas: 1º - 8º (oito por cento) sobre o valor do arremate. 2º - Transferência de propriedade no Stud Book Brasileiro, R$ 98,00 (Noventa e oito Reais) para não sócios e R$ 79,00 (Setenta e nove Reais) para sócios. 3º - No caso da arrematação de produtos da geração 2007, será cobrado a importância de R$250,00 (duzentos e cinquenta reais) por animal referente a inscrição compulsória na Copa Leilões instituída pelo JCB. Art. 12º - Aos compradores compete ainda: a) assinar no ato da compra Nota Promissória no valor correspondente ao preço de aquisição, mais as taxas devidas, mais participação no prêmio, com vencimento contra apresentação e que deverá ser paga ou substituída, o contrato de financiamento. III - DOS VENDEDORES Art. 13º - Pagar as despesas do leilão, conforme acordo com a organizadora, mesmo para as vendas anuladas. Art. 14º - No caso de não apresentação do animal inscrito com exceção de forfait veterinário, seu responsável deverá pagar o rateio das despesas e taxas de 8% (oito por cento) calculadas sobre o preço médio do leilão. Art. 15º - Apresentar o animal inscrito, no dia e local designados, devidamente encabrestados acompanhados de seu respectivo cavalariço, carteira de identidade e exame negativo do AIE dentro do prazo de validade do mesmo, exigido pelo serviço de Veterinária do Jockey Club Brasileiro.
