16 17 RACHEL O’DONNELL A simple smile can actually transform a person, and Rachel O’Donnell, who works in Production at Chantilly, transforms an entire room of her peers every day with her bright smile. Each morning, Rachel warmly President’s welcomes the Chantilly staff members and then leads the Morning Meet- and-Greet, pleasantly engaging her peers in a discussion session.

As a monthly participant in Our Voices Count meetings, self-advocacy Awards is an important and meaningful aspect of Rachel’s life. She joins the conversation with her peers and guest speakers to help make her life, and the lives of others, better. Rachel considers herself an active community member and tries to get out into the community to do volunteer work as ALFRED DEWS often as possible.
