At material time the victims cat has not been seen since, this is out of character and was although initially reported as lost, information 2015/2016 of similar cats going missing in the area and the value of the cats when sold on the victim believes it to be stolen.

On material date victim's cat has been stolen from the vicinity of the victim's home address 2017/2018 by offender unknown. At material times the victim’s cat has been stolen. The suspect is known to the victim. The suspect has asked to have ownership of the cat several times and has been refused ownership by the victim. The offender has moved house 2018/2019 Bengal Cat just before the cat was stolen. The victim made it very clear that it was their cat via email and not the suspects but the suspect stopped replying to the victim’s emails and soon after the cat was gone.

Between material times, offender has been seen by a witness to pick up the victims cat from the street near to their house and carry 2016/2017 the cat towards an alleyway at the end of the road on foot. Offender has then left in direction unknown by means unknown.

During material times offender had taken in the cat belonging to the victim and while in their 2016/2017 Ginger Tom Cat possession has re-homed the cat without owner’s permission Between material times offenders have taken victim’s cat in their property and not let her 2017/2018 Unknown out.

Between the material times Cleo the Bengal cat has left the comfort of being sat on her owner, exited the house into the rear garden with 2017/2018 Bengal Cat fence that is easily scaled and leads onto the main road and has not been seen since.

Between material times victim’s cat went missing and was taken to a vet by offender, the vet has check the cat's microchip and obtained victim’s details and contacted the victim regarding the cat. The cat was given back to the Domestic Long- 2017/2018 offender by the vet. The victim has asked the Haired Cat vet to contact the offender in regards to returning the cat. The offender replied to the vet stating that he has no intention of returning the cat.

Between the material times the victim stated that they believe their cat has been stolen. The last time the victim has seen their cat its collar 2018/19 was removed, and one if its rear legs had been shaven.

Dog Thefts Circumstances Financial Year Breed

Between material times the victim left their dog tied up to a chair outside a restaurant and went into the restaurant to get a drink. An offender approached the dog and was looking around and then stroked the dog and continued looking around. The offender unhooked the 2015/16 Staffordshire Bull Terrier dog lead and started to walk off towards the van. The victim noticed and went out shouting "you’re trying to steel my dog." The offender said they saved the dog as another dog was fighting with it. The offender got back in their van and starred at victim.

Between material times victim dog has been left in the back garden. Victim has gone out and 2016/17 Bull Mastiff/Rottweiller Cross on returning the dog was gone and the gate was wide open. At material time whilst the was sitting on the footpath outside the victim’s home 2015/16 Terrier address, unknown offender has picked up the dog leaving in direction unknown.

Between material times, the victim has been exercising their dog off the lead in the fields. 2016/17 Tibetan Mastiff The offender has then taken the dog and made off in an unknown direction.

Between material times, dog has gone missing and has been found in wooded area by a group of children. The children have walked to dog to a local vets which was closed. The children have then walked the dog along the road, at which point a homeowner has come out on to the 2015/16 Bijon Laso Cross street claiming to know the owner of the dog. The homeowners have then placed the dog into a van and have driven off. The victim has made enquiries with the homeowners who claim the dog was picked up by another child around an hour later, but this is believed to be untrue.

Victim’s dog was in the kennels in the yard and was grabbed 2016/17 Cocker Spaniel through the rails and pulled over. Offender left in known direction.

Between material times victim has been in a relationship with the suspect. He has bought a 2016/17 Staffordshire Bull Terrier dog and the relationship has ended and the suspect will now not return to dog.

At material time offender and victim were at home when offender tried to take the victims dog from the address without permission of the 2014/15 Japanese Akita victim. Offender took the dog and having left the address took a train to London. Victim called police and reported the incident.

Between material times, reporting person has left the dogs in the house with the back door open. Reporting person has come back to the property to find the back gate open and the puppy gone. Reporting person has asked on Facebook if anyone knew where the puppy was 2016/17 Hungarian Vizsla which was shared. A female has made contact to say that she found the puppy and that she had passed the puppy on to a male who was not named. Male has refused to return the dog to the reporting person.

The victim had allowed offender to stay at their home while the victim was away. Offenders who had been in a large white transit style van have coaxed the dog to the fence, 2014/15 Yorkshire Terrier pulled the animal through the hole then made off with dog in direction unknown.

Between material times dog has run off after being let outside to go to the toilet - offender has approached dog and by means unknown removed the dog - offender has then made off 2015/16 Italian Masiff in direction unknown by means unknown - later that day victim's friend has seen offenders with the dog and recognised it immediately.

During material time the victim has left her dog tied up in the street. A male has approached 2016/17 Yorkshire Terrier Maltese Cross the dog, untied the lead and walked off with the dog in known direction.

At material times victim went to Tesco and asked an unknown male who they met in the park to look after their dog whilst they went 2017/18 Yorkshire Terrier into Tesco. Victim came out the male had gone with their dog in an unknown direction

Between the material times the offenders have found the victim’s dog and have not made reasonable attempts to trace the victim. The 2016/17 Yorkshire Terrier offenders have then sold the victims dog to an unknown person. The victim has then paid the unknown person £300 to get their dog back.

On stated date around lunch time victim was out walking dog and just looked away for a moment and dog disappeared - offender(s) has 2014/15 Patterdale Terrier taken dog - unknown direction of travel for the offender(s) At material times offender(s) removed the guard dog from a construction company by 2014/15 German Shepard means unknown and left in direction unknown.

Victim has reported that their 2 puppies were stolen from the address. The puppies were 4 week old Chihuahuas. However there didn't 2018/19 Chihuahua Puppy seem to be any signs of forced entry. victim has been reunited with one of her puppies.

Victim calling to report their dog was stolen in the park in the early hours of this morning, but 2018/19 Unknown was handed into the vets Known family member of the victim came to visit the victim, but for unknown reason the 2018/19 Rottweilrt/Staffie cross family member took the victim's dog and hasn’t returned it

Victim has had an argument with the suspect over the weekend and have come home to find a window smashed and the door open. When the victim went outside the front they saw the 2018/19 Unknown suspect with two dogs in the back of their car. The victim was able to retrieve one of the dogs before the suspect drove away. Later that day the dog returned home to the owner Between material times the dog was let out in the back garden by the Reporting Person and their wife as part of their normal routine. When they went to see why the dog hadn't come back in they found the side gate was open and the gate appeared to have been climbed over 2018/19 Cavalier King Charles causing it to drop and the bolt to fail. The Reporting Person believes someone has climbed over the gate and opened it. The Reporting Person believes the offender has made off with the dog in unknown direction.

Victim put a request on social media for someone to look after their dog on a temporary basis while they were moving this was clearly understood at the time this was not 2018/19 Sharpei Cross permanent, the offender was a friend of the victim. The offender has refused to give the dog back, the victim has asked several times and she has refused.

Reporting Person states their friend offered to look after Reporting Person's dog while Reporting Person went into emergency accommodation.
